The team are very friendly. They helped me see to my vaccines. However I recently started a new med. I'm new to taking everyday meds. The woman (mid height and glasses) who helped me was very unfriendly and left me feeling confused. I brought my health insurance cards. I was told I needed a prescription card. This was not her fault so much as me being new to things. I just wish she could've provided more instruction and been a bit more service oriented. I ended paying 45$ dollars for my script (again not her fault) but I left the experience frustrated spending way more than I anticipated. I'll definitely be switching to a new pharmacy one where my questions are met with help instead of a quick in an out. Which sucks because I don't want to give my money to a large pharmacy but I'm not gonna pay 45$ ever time and not have my questions thoroughly answered. Not all of us are used to taking meds and need a helping hand getting info.

I love this pharmacy. My doctor recommended it over Walgreens due to communication and accuracy, and I’m so glad! Everyone is very friendly, my phone calls are answered right away, there is usually no delay in prescriptions, and if you live close enough they DELIVER for free! I don’t ever want to go with a big pharmacy again. I feel like a human being with these guys and not a number.

The staff at Spalitto's are some of the most polite people I've encountered. I have never had any issues and highly recommend their pharmacy over big box stores.

These folks actually understand what the term "customer service" means, As long as I remain here in KCMO, I've decided that Spalittos Pharmacy is the ONLY place that I'll allow my prescriptions to be filled. That being said, if you require a 9 - pak of TP, or a gallon of bleach, you'll need to go to a local grocery after the staff at Spalittos do their thing. They truly care about the customer and their needs - above & beyond the smoke that national chains like CVS & Walgreens try to blow at us.

Spalitto's has a broad bench of talent and, for example, can get COLCHICINE, a pharmaceutical-grade herb for shrinking bulging back disks and relieving painful Gout. And it's a grand little building in the middle of a newly-revived 24 Highway / Independence Avenue neighborhood. Consider a nearby diversion for fresh, fantastic Hispanic treats...Thanks, Spalitto's.

I’m sure that it is standard practice to call their customers and wish them Happy Birthday but getting a voicemail message from Mr. Spalitto wishing happy birthday was so nice. It’s a small thing but no other business that I frequent and spend more money with did. That along with the rest of their great customer service and prices will make me a forever customer!
