Thank goodness for the folks here who know what they're doing! I'm a touch frazzled by moving stress, but Lauren's check-in call about my unfinished online transaction was a Godsend. She explained the whole process, and answered my confused questions with grace and patience. I showed up to the office at the very last minute on a Saturday (shame on me!!!) But Sifania was endlessly patient and incredibly generous with her time. She got me set up with my lock, then met me at this location to help me find and open my unit. I hope she has the best Sunday off, after the saga of this afternoon.

They say that the units are "temperature controlled" but I guess that would depend on what exactly temperature controlled means to you. It's so hot in there during summer months. I suggest you bring water bottles and a cooling towel or something of that nature so you don't heat to death. Other than that we have had good service and the units are fine.
