A great experience Ruth and Jeff were great to work with. I drove from Alabama to Kansas City to complete the deal. Also want to thank David their mechanic for balancing the tires every thing works great ? like Ruth told it would. Thanks again for making my truck buying great ?.

We were very impressed with the car we purchased from Gladstone Auto Sales. There was no pressure from sales people, and Ruth, the finance manager, was fantastic. She was so friendly and helped us work through our options for payment.
I would highly recommend checking with them if you are in the market for a used car.

Car Shopping is always a pain, especially when on a budget and deadline but I have nothing but positive things to say about the people here at Gladstone Auto Sales. The customer service from Ruth was top notch and she was absolutely lovely from start to finish. All mechanical questions and concerns I had were quickly and professionally answered and solved by Jeff . Overall a wonderful experience. Worth all 5 stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

First of all.....READ THE REVIEWS ON "GOOGLE" AND "YELP"
I served my country in the USMC
for 24 years, I'm 66 years old.
I paid my 2011, $14.000 Ford Edge off last year, with Santander credit Union, I had been approved for a car loan for $17,000.
Gladstone Auto knew I had been pre-approved. Beware of this dealership, I have a TransUnion credit score letter, in the high 600 hundreds
They DON'T want you to do financing with an approved high-quality credit Union, Santander credit Union.
They want you to do the finance through them, so they can charge you a high interest rate I worked for Infiniti cars, in Costa Mesa California.
I was an internet sales manager so I know about financing.
Gladstone are horrible about returning calls ,
"Jeff" hung up on me three times, I sent many emails in regards to one of their vehicles, on Carfax where the vehicle was advertised not one time did I ever get a response back.
Ruth, the finance associate told me three times, she would call me back, and never did.
I had all my paperwork, as requested by Ruth, and was ready to do the 3 1/2 hour drive.
I never got to speak to a sales associate,
Gladstone Auto, is
unprofessional.
Do your research, on their vehicles! This is a must!
I'm quite confident I asked Ruth too many questions in regards to doing my research.
I will report them to the better Business bureau. Do not buy a car from these people!!

Beware consumer, you do not want to deal with these people.

It is a bit unusual to find genuinely good people in the car sales industry but Gladstone's people definitely are. Ruth was a pleasure to work with and David did an unbelievably thorough job reconditioning the little Scion that our daughter bought. We are about 500 miles away from Gladstone but I will definitely take a peak at their inventory when our next car need comes up.

The best hassle- free car buying experience I've ever had! Ruth was very helpful in answering all my questions about my vehicle, warranty and titling. I had seen the 05 4Runner on their website, and decided to drop by for a test drive the next day. I completed all paperwork that day and was able to make a partial payment on my card to hold the vehicle until I could come back on the next business day with the rest of the cash.
