Purchased a laptop here a few years ago. Had Office installed by Tech Support when purchased and purchased tech support package. Developed issues and Tech Support was unable to figure it out after 5 visits. On-line support useless, following a script. Didn't seem apologetic at all. In fact, I had to take screen shots to show them where the error was occurring! Final time they worked on it, they deleted MS Office and Outlook and were unable to reinstall it. Looking thru all of my original paperwork, the product key and info was not provided to me at time of purchase. It was set up under a BB/geek squad account, so I cannot reinstall. Similar issue with my programmed harmony remote. Geek Squad set it up under their own account instead of creating one for me. Fortunately, Logitech has top notch tech support. I will never purchase a computer from BB again.

I've been trying to talk to someone at this location all day. All calls, despite having a local area code, are routed outside the area. I was told I'd have a call back in 2-4 hours and 5 hours later I'm now being told 24-48 hours. My husband just drove by on his way to work and there are not even 5 cars there in the parking lot. In addition, the hours stated on here are NOT accurate.

Geek Squad can help resolve computer problems. They're reliable, and frankly, if they can't troubleshoot your issue, it may be time to invest in some new hardware. Thankfully, I haven't had to use them a whole lot in the past few years. I don't know how they vet their applicants...I mean, anybody can claim they know how to work on computers...but in my experience they've always got some sharp employees. And that's why I'm not giving them five stars. Because, you see, while most Geek Squad workers have been polite and helpful, don't be surprised if you run across just ONE on staff who appears to believe he's the god of PC's, who can't seem to resist letting you know that you're a mere mortal, and possibly a clueless one at that! Hahaha I think it's not uncommon for those in the computer/tech world to have a superiority complex. But I wouldn't hesitate to recommend using Geek Squad's services to anyone. If you do run across the odd staffer who seems to live to make others feel dumb, just ditch him and latch on to another.

I just picked up my iPad from here & the guy who helped me was AMAZING!! I returned my iPad air that I recently purchased to get an iPad pro instead & he helped me through the whole process. He was not only extremely helpful, but he found me the best deal possible & I walked out with a brand new iPad Pro with a way better price than anticipated. I highly, HIGHLY recommend speaking with Majeed Babaei when visiting this Best Buy!! They need to give this man deserves a raise !

Waited for an employee to help me find something for twenty minutes. Every one of them acted like they were intentionally avoiding me. Never did get any help finding what I was looking for. Finally said to hell with it and left. I'll never go back.

I purchased a back up camera back and car radio in December of 2020. I set up installation appt for the day after Christmas. A couple days before then I was informed the installer had passed away and the appt was canceled but someone will call me in a couple weeks to reschedule. That never happened. No one called so I tried calling a few times but either could not get through or was on eternal hold. So last month, three months after original appt I went to the store to talk to manager, who scheduled me right away. At a different location since they don't have a tech there. Appt was supposed to be in a couple hours. I just got a voice-mail saying tech called in sick and this appt. Has to be canceled. And he would call me in a couple days to reschedule. Which I will believe when I see it. I don't think they are interested in getting this done at all. Horrible customer service and mismanagement.

I don't know why I keep going to this store. Doesn't matter what I'm looking for, they never have it. I guess it's time to just embrace Amazon and let this business die the death it deserves.

Good if you need phone repairs, screen protectors put on after you buy them from Best Buy or any other technical support.
