I bought a Sony OLED from GearBroker's eBay store and had a great purchase experience but the TV started developing issues and eventually died on me. Andy stood behind the sale and made things right - even though this was a manufacturer closeout and there was no warranty on the TV. I'm really happy with the service and glad that, without knowing it, I bought from a stand up business.

I would like to share my experience with GearBrokers, they have a Great Customer Service, top rate for guiding me in getting a master series TV !!! The product arrived in 5 days, outstanding packaging of TV on pallet, trucking company helped unload the pallet and I used my dolley to bring it into my house , easy set up and top notch picture, super experience with GB!!!!!!! Would buy again from them and I will tell my friends know about their company a 10 all the way!!!!! Thanks Andy Barnard

This is absolutely one of the best companies to do business with. Andy was so instrumental in helping us with our purchase. We had an issue with a large 86" Dell touch screen monitor we purchased for our church. This company went out of their way to contact the manufacturer, provide details of our purchase, and ultimately give them all the information they needed to get our display replaced. I am 200% super satisfied with their effforts in ultimately getting our screen replaced. To truly just getting someone these days to follow up with you after a purchase is a rarity. I recently bought a pair of Samsung ear buds from here. They were previously used. I have used them nearly everyday. They are very good quality. I love my ear buds. The delivery was also on time. I would recommend.
