I didn't buy a car here. I bought one from another dealership across the state. Less than 24 hrs after purchase the check engine light came on. I happened to be close to Gary Crossley and they were very helpful. Immediately put it on the machine to find out what was wrong and then talked to me about options. I couldn't believe how accommodating they were, especially since I wasn't a customer. Amazing service and plan to buy a car there in the future.

I tend to be very critical of car dealerships, but the multiple experiences I've had at Gary Crossley have all been great! I've purchased a vehicle before and recently sold my grandfather's vehicle outright. Both experiences were pleasant and quick, no useless haggling or low-balling. Would recommend.

The service is good. Went up recently with my wife's 2017 Escape not purchased there with the cover under the motor hanging loose. Went to quick lane they removed it for free. Took that same Escape up this week had 3 sensors out of the fan motor the advisor called the extended warranty company and got repaired quickly good service department seems like one you can depend on.

I drove from indiana to buy a truck from them and was treated like family there .if I ever buy another truck I will definitely buy it from them ...yes long drive but worth it!

Charlie our salesman was amazing! Josey in finance was super helpful too. I shopped everywhere and I got the best deal with Gary Crossley Ford. I would highly recommend Crossley Ford to all of my friends and family. I love my new truck! The leg room is fantastic, the center console is huge and has 4 cup holders, the cell phone options are better than my Mercedes Benz and the F150 does a fabulous job pulling the boat or trailer. We had a wonderful experience and saved a ton of money. Can't wait to do business with y'all again soon!

My only experience here is with the service department and it is terrible. I’ve made three phone calls to service department, the first one I left a voicemail. With no return call. The second I spoke to a gentleman, and got an estimate for a transmission issue. After that my husband and I decided to have that transmission issue fixed. My 3rd phone call I spoke with a lady, and made an appointment to get the issue fixed. My husband shows up about a week later for the appointment to be told, they can’t get us in for two months for the issue. And we could leave the truck there for two months. And to get the problem diagnosed would take about a week. They said they would call us when they were able to get us in for the truck to be diagnosed. Two weeks later. Still no phone call. What an absolute waste of my time. UPDATE: it’s been 1 week since I posted this review, and have never been contacted. After I’ve been told someone would reach out. They must really not care about customer service.

Had the old truck fixed from hail damage. Amanda and Troy treated my wife like she was a queen. Very prompt. Very respectful. Friendly. Explained things. They even cleaned the inside of the truck which really surprised us. Highly recommend these guys.

This will be our 4 car we brought from Sam and Gary Crossley Ford. Like others have said we wouldn’t go anywhere else. The customer service Sam has provided is outstanding. Sam went above and beyond for us. No wonder their KC’s number 1 ford dealer.
