Called from the airport was told 10 to 15 minutes. Called 30 minutes later to be picked up at the airport. Said the driver was there which was a lie. They never showed up. If you want good service to and from the airport, this is not the hotel to stay at.

Very sad. This hotel has really become a dive location. There is no air during the hottest days of the summer, and it is not accommodating at all. Never once did the staff ask about our visit or if there was anything they could do. The gym was dirty, the machines were broken, no water, etc. Halls had broken sides and flooring. I used to stay at this location 3 times a year for business, but I will choose another hotel for the foreseeable future.

This hotel was so nice, ckean, and comfortable. The king size bed seemed bigger than usual and it was super comfortable. I slept good, and usually hotels are touch and go for me. But too, I felt safe. It's so much going on in the world today, the priority of safety has increased tremendously...

Wasn't the easiest to get to, so the location wasn't great. We went there to visit my sister and her husband, who were in town. In her bathroom, she had 3 toilet paper holders, and all 3 were falling off the wall. She paid close to $200 for this room and I was very disappointed in the price and what she got. We went and bought some food and wine ? from the guy tending the food area for sale, and he could have had a sense of humor, but he was nice, at least. She wanted a pool and it was one of the only ones around with an outside pool which the outside area and pool was very nice. The indoor restaurant was very nice we didn't eat there but it looked like it would have been good food.
Rooms: The hotel wasn't as luxurious as it gave off that it was.
Food & drinks: The indoor restaurant looked newer than the hotel like maybe it was remodeled recently and the food looked really good as well although we didn't eat.

The people are nice, service is good. The restaurant is fine. The windows really need to open.
Rooms: I wouldn't buy a house if the windows didn't open

If you are looking for a hotel room with AC that blows warm air at the end of July regardless of what you set the thermostat to, this is the place for you!

The hotel checked the wrong room out room 210 the room I was in with my wife not 310 like they should have so at 7 am I had a cleaning guy come walking in on my wife when she was changing hotel acted like it was no big deal till I mentioned making a police report
Rooms: Need updating bad you can tell they only change the vanity conter top hotel was built in 1989

This review is more 3.5 than it just 3 stars. The hotel is fine, but definitely seems past it's prime and well past the time for a thorough remodel. The elevators are old, but the restaurant is nice and the staff are pleasant.
Food & drinks: Be aware that besides the hotel restaurant the only other place to eat in the area is a bbq restaurant right outside the hotel. If you are looking for more options you will need to travel...

So typically I would not stay at a Sheraton but my flight got cancelled so they put me up here.
The front desk staff was courteous, professional, and up beat.
The bar staff had great attitudes dealing with a bunch of stranded travelers and kept us all in great spirits.
Would definitely stay here again.

I wouldn't necessarily recommend the hotel. Beds were sunken and can hear every room around you. But if it's just you as an adult and getting to the airport it will work for the price.

Large five-story clean hotel. We lived on the 5th floor (530). We stayed there for 5 days as we were on a business trip.
Parking for cars is free.
We were settled in quickly. A nice touch is the lemon water for guests. Large hall with a sofa and TV.
There is a small shop with snacks and soft drinks. ATM.
There is also a bar-restaurant on the ground floor.
Breakfast is served every morning until 11 am and is not included in the room rate.
The hotel also has an excellent fitness room (with bottled water and towels).
Outdoor swimming pool with large towels and sun loungers.
Free Wi-Fi.
Room cleaning upon request.
Large room with a king size bed. The room has air conditioning, TV, mini fridge, desk, iron, coffee maker. The bed is comfortable and the linen is clean and white. Large selection of TV channels.
Every morning, at our request, they changed our towels and gave us bottles of water.
The bathroom is clean with toiletries.
There is a laundry room.
The staff is welcoming and friendly.

Food & drinks: Breakfast is not included in the room rate and costs $16. Breakfast is varied and tasty.

Hotel was beat up but seemed clean. Transportation is a joke!!! Don’t stay here if you want to be picked up timely. We waited 45 minutes other hotels had been twice before ours was! We will never stay here again! Very poor customer service. I probably gave them more stars than they deserve
