Just started at this gym! I come in the morning when its not too busy and get my workout finished. The restrooms are always nice and the gym space is perfect. Will definitely be keeping my membership here!

Small gym compared to others, but still has everything you need for a good workout. Love that it’s 24/7 & the environment feels judgement free. Staff are friendly & very helpful! Definitely recommend.

Metro KC Fitness is the Briarcliff neighborhood fitness facility! We are located in the The Village of Briarcliff. Providing a full selection of gym equipment including but not limited to treadmills, bikes, ellipticals, free weights and selectorized weights -- all available 24 hours a day! Free Yoga and more with membership. Personal training and weight loss coaching available. More classes in the works so check back soon. We are a Silver Sneakers facility.
