Bought my Frontier new from Reiselman Nissan and they have been great. Had some issue with the truck right away but the service team was able to take care of it. I usually work with Bobby in service and he’s always taken care of me. All the service needed to the truck will go though Reiselman!

I love my 2023 Nissan Pathfinder!! Mike took really good care of me and my car buying experience went smooth. From finding new one and trading in my 2019 Nissan rouge! He had a lot of patience with me and even entertained my children!

Without going into the absolutely long story that our recall part replacement was - I just wanted to say that, ultimately, Nissan - especially Dustin and Bobby in Service - went above and beyond in making things right and did the absolute to best fix our situation in a timely manner. I am VERY happy with the customer service I received over the past week.

From the first time my husband and I entered this dealership we have been treated like we were valued customers. The sales department, the service department, and the rest of the staff are the best. We have referred family members to here. When we are in the market for our next vehicle, we will definitely be coming back here.

We came in to pick up our new car and at first it was a little chaotic because our original sales guy was unfortunately no longer there but Mike took care of us and made sure we had everything squared away! He sent us on a test drive and made sure everything was cleaned and ready to go! I came back a few days later to get the Nissan connect app set up and Mike even had my car cleaned for me! Would definitely recommend! I appreciated how kind everyone we interacted with was and didn’t feel like I was being rushed or shuffled one way or another. Teresa in finance was great!

Our Nissan Rogue had a screw in one of the tires, so I called the service department to see if they could fix it. Of course the answer was, "Yes," along with a statement of their service hours. It was mid-afternoon and I thought for sure they would be up to their armpits in other car repairs. But, my husband drove there right away; expecting to be sitting around til near end of closing. However, he was pleasantly surprised.Upon his return, my husband said the staff was very nice and friendly. The technicians patched the tire right away, and gave him the screw they removed. From the phone call to when he returned was less than an hour.

I would not send anyone I care about to make a purchase with this dealership, they were dishonest with us in regards to our purchase.

It was fantastic. Everyone was very kind and helpful, especially since it was my first time buying a car solo. I've already recommended a friend of mine who's in the market, and I will definitely be back in the future for maintenance and future purchases.

Jordan was an excellent salesman. Had it not been for him I would not have bought. Now for bad parts. Key was not programmed and it’s battery was low so I had to replace. No second key was provided as promised. Inside of windshield is filthy. Had to remind that gas tank hadn’t been filled as agreed.

I’ll spare you a complete waste of time. We walk in and we are greeted by a gentleman who tells us immediately the window prices are the prices and they won’t work around them. Well he kept his promise. If you are hoping to find a car dealership that works with you, this isn’t it. We had a nice down payment and we’re told immediately they weren’t budging. He then said their sticker prices are their invoice prices so they make no profit. Save yourself the time and go somewhere where they actually are willing to discuss with you.

just save yourself the time and energy. We walked in to look at a rogue. We had an appointment with someone who literally texted us and told us we had to work with someone else. (Apparently she quit) as we walk in. We are greeted by Brian who did not waste a single second in and his first breath told me his sticker price is the price and that is a final discussion. Additionally, Brian stated he would be tacking an additional $1000 on to their advertised price for being pre approved by by credit union. Very off putting when you are car shopping, especially when it is common knowledge that car dealerships up charge for vehicles, and other dealerships have been negotiating to get a deal. We had not even been able to get into the car to test drive it yet And Brian very rudely told us essentially our business was not welcome because negotiation was not going to take place. Unbeknownst to him, we had a down payment and weren't too terribly far off. that being said, we sit down with another gentleman and he tells us they are willing to discount the car $500 "to get the deal done." he then explains to us that this is doing us a favor because all of these vehicles are listed at invoice price, and that this dealership doesn't make a single dime off of any of these vehicle sales. They are clearly only getting employees who want to work for free and keeping the lights on with prayer. Long story short, if you were looking for a dealership, that is friendly, fair, and wants to work together to sell vehicles, this is not the place. expect to pay full sticker price or go somewhere that will work with you on all of the extra fees and price points they are out there, I promise.

The staff was great, made me very comfortable. I am a recent widow and this helped me to know there are good workers and people out there. This was the first vehicle I bought by myself and the gentleman told me it was in great shape. I will definitely be coming back! Thank you!!

One of our vehicles suddenly gave out on us so we were stressed about finding a vehicle quickly and on budget. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. We had to go back two different times and both times the Nissan staff was very understanding. We were taken care of by different people each time and no one ever felt like a stranger to us. We recommend Reiselman Nissan for your next vehicle purchase. Honestly we will probably go back when we decide to trade our other vehicle in the future.

I had an efficient experience with my oil change. I was able to schedule it online the day before. When I arrived, it was an easy check in process and I waited while the oil change was completed. I received text updates about my car, and the technician also explained the overview when it was time to check out.
