They get you thru the door by posting false prices online. This place is a complete rip off. Do not waste your time unless you would like to be scammed. Worst dealership in the area. I also witnessed multiple salesman laughing at a woman once she left. I am not interested in purchasing a vehicle from this meat locker of a dealership.

I scheduled an oil change for 9:15am on Saturday through their scheduling system and was told when I arrived that there was a 2 and a half hour wait. I asked what the point was in scheduling an appointment and was told "it's busy on Saturdays". This is why I SCHEDULED AND APPOINTMENT. I scheduled it because I didn't have a ride for the day to leave it. I got a text confirmation of my appointment at 9:15 after scheduling and then even got a reminder text the day before. No where in any of those communications did it say anything about there being even a chance that I would have to wait. So again, I ask, what's the point?

Quoted me $1200 to replace 4 spark plugs and 4 coilpacks on my 2005 Nissan Altima 2.5 S 4L. I brought it in because it was misfiring, hard starting, rough idling etc. I figured it out on my own, only had to replace 1 spark plug and it fixed the issue. Took me 10 minutes and $7, this place is a scam. I even looked up the total costs of parts from an official OEM Nissan parts website, and all the parts in total came out to be $700. So for some reason they were quoting $500 for labor? My recommendation is to do it yourself or find someone qualified you know personally to help you. DO NOT come here.

Reiselman Nissan delivered top tier customer service! As an out of state customer, my guard was up due to the fact I was miles away. However, when I say they kept me informed every step of the process. I mean just that! I purchased my new SUV and it was shipped to me as well. Blake worked my deal, and he truly got me a number that was in my budget. It was truly a seamless transaction. From the title department to finance to sales … everyone was outstandingly kind. This is the kind of customer service you should have when dealing with the public. Kind, courteous, and attentive. Blake got me in my new car just in time for my birthday. These are truly honest good people, and they have five star customer service. Keep up the good work Reiselman Nissan!

If you like having a morning appointment (10:00am) for a simple oil change and tire rotation take 2-3 hours. This is your place! Wish I could say it was only a single occurrence, but it’s every time. Makes sense why this dealer has changed names so many time over the last 4-5 years.

They will waste your entire day and not solve any of your issues. Just so you know if you schedule an appointment, show up to the appointment, they’ll have you wait six hours before letting you know they don’t have time for you today. The customer service and communication is terrible. Go to any other Nissan dealership.

The team at Reiselman Nissan was amazing to work with! Jordan (sales man) was easy to work with and made me feel like he was working for me and with me to get the best deal possible, an absolute pleasure! Then you have Anthony, new car manager, and Dennis, finance, both made the car buying experience easy and stress free. This is the third Nissan I have bought here and I will keep coming back because of the service and care they show.
