I've never been indoors Fedex to pick up a package before. First time. Came here this evening. The lady was incredibly rude and even placed the package on the other side of the desk instead of where I was standing.
Horrible experience, horrible employee. There are a couple of other people who have had this experience with her as well at the front street location. Poor customer service. She definitely needs to be sent back for more training.

They don't know how to use their eyes and look at building numbers. So they dropped off at office cause they didn't wanna use their brain. Had to carry 100 pound boxes 50 yards back to my apartment.

I supposedly had a package delivered this afternoon to my front porch but it was not there
Hope fed ex isn't getting like the post office, that can't read addresses!! Hope someone is enjoying my order. I'm out over $50. SO SAD!!!!

Had a FedEx driver hit my vehicle that was parked on the street in front of my building and drive off. When I called FedEx they act like it's my fault for not getting the driver's name or vehicle information. Kind of hard to do with a hit and run.

I was the only person in the office, and it went very fast! It smelled weird in the building, and I wasn't fond of the one-way street to get out since I had to go the other way. But since this is the closest location to my house, I'll use it again.
