Lies. The website lies, the agents lie. They cost people money and waste their entire day due to lies about delivery status. Misleading and conflicting information from every side has WASTED MY ENTIRE WEEKEND and rhey have NO REPERCUSSIONS.

Hope companies start asking for refunds. Overnight takes 2 or 3 days, 2 day take 4. You're company is now worthless and hated. We pay for a service for a reason. You guarantee it, then immediately condition on weather that exists nowhere in your route or system. Mind boggling incompetence.
