Only reason my rating is a 3 is because they denied my shipment due to having a built in battery. This is silly for a location based on a store full of electronics with batteries.

I wasn't happy no signs anywhere in the store that told you shipping plenty of signs to tell you paper and everything else but nothing to tell you shipping then you get to the counter and you wait for somebody to get through with somebody else and you wait wait wait wait and then when he comes to the counter you can ship something USPS but you cannot hand him envelopes and get stamps but they don't tell you that at the counter they don't have a disclaimer at the counter with a sign on it that would be something I would actually tell the people in a little sign so that they're not standing there for a half an hour waiting for somebody to get done very aggravating because if you've got some company that says they ship are they male packages where they mail wouldn't you think that they might even mail letters not happy I'll do my other office supplies at Walmart just because they were rude nobody came to see if they can help me and there was three people working on the floor while this one guys working behind the counter no people in the store lazy plain lazy.
