Got what I needed, all the store clerks were very pleasant and all of them spoke saying hello and did you need help in finding anything. That was good friendly customer service in my opinion! ??

If this store wasn’t the closest to me. I would definitely not go there at all. The attitudes that they give is not acceptable at all. If you are in customer service then act like it. Isn’t it the job you picked. This store needs to be shut down honestly. My daughter’s go to this store quite often and I used to go but no longer. They cashiers are rude. Arrogant, not very serious about their jobs. My girls are always polite and get treated poorly when they visit here. If you don’t want to work, you don’t have to. Just go home, simple as that?

Lady at desk working now told me that my return item( a comforter set) had to be returned at same store bought from. Said the return policy was on the door. Its only for electronics and hand written. Is this store policy???

I like this family dollar more than Any of them. The Manager Carmen is the nicest lady in the world! She is not wishy washy, she is like that everyday! The store is always clean and I appreciate that! The clothing is always neat and well In order. This is the one I prefer to go to. The employees are always speaking to the customers as you enter the store! Where do u get that courtesy at? Not at none of the other family dollars, just Carmen’s location! I really am pleased with the service here. The store is CLEAN Baby, CLEAN! So what if the wind constantly blows trash in that parking lot? She has employees to take care of it but, Customers First! I get it. Keep up the good work Ms. C, You are the best manager yet!P.S.Whoever took those pictures ONTHE SIDE WHERE TRASH GOES- IF people of (all colors) would stop DUMPING THEIR TRASH at this location ILLEGALLY, and PAY for their trash to be picked up in front of their locations, This location wouldn’t look like that! They should just knock this family dollar down the employees have free reign they open when they want and close when they want sometimes it’s 10 am on Sunday and they’re not open but you see the employees inside. It’s so frustrating someone just send someone to take a look how some of these stores are being run.
