They close early. Their website say they close at 10pm. I went at 8pm on Monday they was closed. So I came back Monday August 15 2022 at 6pm and they are closed. Family dollar store number 7009 is close again today. September 4th

This store is very unprofessional. Some days they’re completely shut down, other days they close earlier than the closing time listed. The employees are often rude, slow, lazy and unorganized.

-1 This store is dirty and filthy. How can you open with your store like this. Whomever is the manager&owner needs to address the uncleanliness of your store. You had 4 workers or more in their to clean stock cash register and clean some more. Why? Do better b/p.

This young store manager Micheal was very short a disrespectful when I decide to cancel. From 8368 East Bannister Road the young manager aggressively snaps at me and advuaes that he refuses to provide a solution,I asked for another manager he aggressively states that he will not provide a viable solution therfore, I refused to leave with confirmation. When Asked for District Manager Al Watson's # I was told by Manager Micheal to look it up and verify for myself.The young man got loud when I asked a question. I GIVE THIS STORE A NEGATIVE - 9 RATING. Service seemed very disrespectful to a regular paying customer that lives in the area.I have filed a formal grievance,and am boycotting this store along with the other link companies.

There's a young lady there she's really short and little but she's got a nasty attitude I don't know if it's because she and I don't get along when we see each other but that's the first time I've ever had a problem in that store and she's been there for a while don't know her name but with her being there the store is lucky to get two stars
