The Sales people are good employees and they were willing to work with me regarding what I bought because I was on a bit of a budget. They were also able to get me same day glasses no problem. My only critique is they were a bit too assertive with their approach.

Wonderful service. I took my mom there as she needed some special lenses. The people there are extremely professional and understood exactly what was needed. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. I will be going to eyesmith next time I need glasses.

So thankful for these wonderful people!! Go see them! They will take great care of you. My dog chewed up the ears pieces on my glasses. The place I purchased them from did not want to help fix them. They just wanted to sell me a new pair. I had only had this pair six months and I love them. My daughter located eyeSmith online and said they had great reviews. They did not disappoint. They were so happy to help me. Their wonderful repairman was able to repair my ear pieces. They were delightful, full of knowledge about glasses and so happy to help me! And they had an amazing selection of glasses. I will be returning to get my next pair here. Thank you so much!!

A google search of men's sunglasses led me to eyeSmith. I have had cataract surgery and was looking for good sunglasses. What a find! High quality sunglasses. Very friendly, kind, patient and smart. They know their stuff and provide excellent customer service. Would highly recommend eyeSmith for any eyeglass needs.

I am so impressed and happy with my experience at EyeSmith! Every employee is knowledgeable and confident about the products they sell. I was also blown away by how attentive and gracious each worker was to every customer. When I first walked in, I talked briefly with an employee and then told him I wanted to browse by myself for a bit. After I found two frames I liked, I wanted advice and that same employee materialized. He gave me helpful input and then suggested some frames he had been setting aside based on the few things I had mentioned when I met him. Based on his choices, it was evident that he knew just what I liked and he was very skilled at his job. I trusted him right away. He was never pushy and took care to listen to details that I liked or didn’t like. I ended up buying two pairs that he picked out and I couldn’t be happier!! Now that I’ve had my glasses for a few weeks, I can say I am spoiled in every way! My glasses are top quality, they look like they were made just for me, and the service I received every time I went into the EyeSmith goes unmatched anywhere else! I HIGHLY recommend, especially since I plan on going back from now on. If I could give ten stars, I would!

For anyone that needs glasses of any kind, I can't recommend eyeSmith Optical enough. I've been wearing glasses for almost 50 years and I can't ever remember enjoying the process of getting new ones. The staff is amazing, the selection is quite varied and of very high quality. The fitment process is more thorough and exact than any I've experienced before. I truly know that should I have issues with my new glasses, it'll be handled quickly and professionally. Do yourself a huge favor and at least visit their store. I strongly believe you won't be disappointed. To everyone at eyeSmith Optical, my wife and I applaud you for operating a business that sets the standard! Thank you!!

I recently purchased a new pair of sunglasses to add to my collection from the eyeSmith. I love the entire team there as they always are so helpful and detailed. I need thicker lenses and had been plagued by heavy, boring frames - but no more! I have been a customer for quite sometime and still love every pair I have. Great styles and brands to choose from here. Highly recommended.

I moved to Kansas city in 2018. Became a customer in 2019. Kevin helped me first and did a wonderful job. Very knowledgeable. Well in 2022 was time to get new glasses so I went back EyeSmith an was helped by Rand. A nice gentleman who I have found to be very knowledgeable about his works. Since I moved here from Florida and spent alot of time on the water polarized sunglasses have always been my choice. This Rand suggested an amber lense with the polarization. I was skeptical but I decided to give his advice a try. This is were I need to tell you that I am a truck driver and I can spend up to 11 hrs a day behind the wheel of a 18 wheeler in all kinds of weather. When Rand found that out he was very sure that the Amber lense was what I needed. Well by God he was right. I have had them now for several months and what a difference his suggestion has made in my life. I have had been able to see better in fog, rain, snow, and even Sunshine. Rand was so right. I will be a life time customer for EyeSmith. Thank you Rand for being the professional that you have proven yourself to be.
