They do not answer the phone, they do not call back, they do not show up to online scheduled tours. Seems they do not care. When you spend so much money on such an event you expect a little communication. The online voicemail box is not set up to even leave a voicemail so we had no choice but to schedule online. There was a car in the parkinglot and the website says open. We received absolutely no response. We did, however, receive an email confirming the tour and another reminding us the prior day of the scheduled tour. No one answered and we have not personally spoken to one single person while trying to contact them.

We had an October 2024 wedding at EHPC and cannot recommend it enough. Shelley worked so hard to make everything perfect for us - HIGHLY recommend hiring her day of coordination services. They have an entire stock of decor, flatware, plates and chargers, linens, guest boxes, card boxes - you name it! And it’s available at no extra charge. The venue is stunning and the getting ready spaces were exactly what we needed. Our wedding was offsite so we only utilized the space for getting ready, photos, and reception and it was perfect. It fit 130 guests comfortably and Shelley made our day perfect. Communication was high leading up to the event. We cannot thanks Shelley and EHPC enough for making our day so special.

My daughter’s bridal shower was a beautiful event at the Executive Hills Polo Club. Shelley was a dream to work with. She was quick to respond to questions and so helpful during the event! Highly recommend for any event you may have!

Unprofessional. Scheduled an appointment to see the venue and no one showed up. No call no show. Yet, got a confirmation email. The property needs some TLC for the price that jumped up over night to $7500. The fence needs work and deck needs repainted and the outside of the house needs cleaned/power washed. Drove 45 mins to be stood up. Don't make the same mistake

I wasn't familiar with EHPC when I first started looking at venues, but fell in love with it when I looked at pictures. Trisha, the owner, is so helpful and you get a lot of bang-for-your buck with this venue (the chargers, chairs, linens, decorations, etc). Sometimes she can be a bit slow to respond, but she is doing all the work herself and seemed to always get back to me within 48 hours. The grounds and the facility are beautiful and we got so many comments on how beautiful it was! Our guests loved spending time on the back porch and the girls suite for getting ready is so spacious, it's perfect! I would highly recommend booking your wedding here!

We got married here on 10/9/21. All of the decorations, linens, and chairs are included, having the same location for the ceremony + reception (with a rain plan) made it a lot easier for our family and friends, and it makes for beautiful photographs. The only drawback to the planning experience was our ability to consistently reach the owner for questions & with the coordination of receiving our safety deposit. She was accepting of this feedback when I shared it with her directly, and I'm hopeful that other couples will be able to enjoy their best day ever here as a result.

Owners are beyond rude. A nightmare to work with or be in business with. Trust the low star reviews; I wish we had. Only now do I notice how most of the praise comes from attendees rather then people working behind the scenes. The venue is gorgeous, but great views are a dime a dozen when it comes to selecting a venue. Spend your money on people who deserve it.

The Executive Hills Polo Club was a beautiful venue to host our daughter's wedding this past weekend. Trisha and her hardworking team were committed to making our day stress free and our event a success.The girls enjoyed a fun and relaxing day in the bridal room having their hair and makeup done.For the outdoor ceremony, the chairs were arranged to accommodate our guests and provide social distancing during this pandemic. The grounds were in fabulous shape with a variety of gorgeous flowers and shrubs in bloom.The indoor reception room was absolutely stunning. The table decor was beautiful and again, the tables were spaced to provide comfortable social distancing.Brenna and Alyssa professionally took care of serving us at the bar and Avery was available to answer questions and assist with any needs.We loved the convenience of having the ceremony and reception at a single venue. It enabled us to spend as much time with our guests as possible.
