Just want to say that Jaquelyn P. at the return area in KCMO went above and beyond and made my day when I was dropping off the car. Very happy with the whole experience.

Experience was just ok. I had a rental through my company and the guy who at the front desk of the airport location said he couldn’t service me and I had to go outside to a hub to get serviced. I was not given any instructions on how to get outside or why I had to go outside. Thankfully another female employee escorted me to the right place. When I get to the outside hub the next guy who serviced me proceeds to tell me I need a credit card to be serviced. I advised that the rental was through my company and I’m not required to have a credit card. The guy gave me the energy that he did not believe me. So he finally looked my reservation up and discover that I didn’t need a credit card. Then he proceeds to ask me what I do for a living as if he couldn’t believe that a company has rented a car from me. When I received my car he rushed through the paperwork and gave me the keys.The whole experience just lacked customer service and I will not be using Enterprise again for my future car travel.

Terrible customer service. Scripted responses. How about using empathy when dealing with a mother traveling alone with her newborn. Instead fill her with undue stress. I should’ve not fixed the problem myself when she called in a frantic. I should’ve let her go to a different company. Thanks MCI Enterprise crew! Never using y’all again.

Y’all!!! If y’all want vip treatment, 5 star customer service and experience see my girl Lyric! I called all 4 enterprise independence, liberty, Chillicothe, and church hill and no one could help me swap. No one was able to accommodate my car rental problems but Lyric! Shout out to Lyric and her quick thinking and problem solving skills. She was very understanding and helped me get in and out no problems. If your looking to rent a car rent here! 10/10 most recommend!

This Enterprise location is hands down the best in the states that I have been to, and I been to many. Each team member is extremely capable and responsible, they even give you a business card to contact them for any issues. The cars are very clean and in great working order. This location should be the model for all the others to duplicate

Enterprise was great. Everyone I spoke to about helping me adjust my rental to a 1-way from the KC airport was great ... Chris at the Local KC stand alone who gave me advice, to Autumn of the KC airport, to Clay and his team at the Countryside/ La Grange Rd IL office.

Always a great experience at Enterprise. Friendly and efficient. This past rental I lost a pair of reading glasses under the seat, within 3 days they were shipped across the US and back in my hands. Excellent service!

This was the 2nd time my family used Enterprise at the Kansas City Airport. Our 1st experience wasn’t so great, but the manager at that time followed up and took care of my concerns. That made me want to use this rental car company again! This time everything was smooth sailing from beginning to end!
