This was my first home purchase. I’ve always been told that the process can be overwhelming and stressful when buying a home for the first time. Joe and the realtor he recommended Grant made everything super smooth and enjoyable. Such great business men & most importantly very kind people. I will never look anywhere else for any of my future home lending needs.

This is my go to lender, as an agent I’ve dealt with a lot of different ones, they are definitely not all equal. Joe has saved multiple clients from losing the home of there dreams because of an minor issue arising.. If there’s an issue Joe finds a solution!! Can’t say enough good about the team, they truly have there clients interest first!!

I highly recommend Elite Mortgage for anyone who is in the market to purchase or refinance. Joe and his team provided superior service from start to finish. Every obstacles that I encoutered, Joe had a plan B or C to work through some difficult hiccups. This was by far the best experience from application to closing I have had and highly recommend them. I look forward to work on another closing soon.

Must admit that this company is underrated. Worked with Joe R. on a home mortgage. Just a perchance meeting that developed into an extremely smooth, informed, professional, and completed transaction. Highly recommend any home buyers drop their mortgage lender and choose Elite Mortgage Group. Even if there are issues...work through them with Elite.Update: 3 more referrals. Homes purchased and loved the process. This is the best company in realty to use thus far.

I'm not one to leave reviews, but joe Ruhlman really went above and beyond for us! Everyone talks about how stressful it is to buy a home. Well joe made our experience with buying our first home stress free! We had talk to other lenders and definitely did not feel confident and really had no connection whatsoever. After talking to joe we felt very confident in him and felt like he gave us so many options that would suit our needs. He was very friendly and welcoming and did not give us false expectations! Thank you joe for getting us into our first home!

I closed on my house today 6/13/22 I can't thank Joe Rulman enough he was the best he helped me so much! He was on it he kept in touch with me on everything I needed to do. his quality of work is amazing!
