Do not stay here!!! Cockroach was crawling in the bed!! Gave us $10 off for having to switch rooms & downsized us from a kind to a queen. We got our things & left, was not worth staying there!!! SO

No cold water, homeless people outside and drug smell in the hall. Vending machine mostly empty and only one set of towels for 3 people

The staff was nice and great. I booked this hotel from Expedia. The pictures are very outdated and when I came to my room was shocked by huge difference. It was a lot more rundown and sketchy. But I guess that’s what you get for what you pay for. It is a 2-star hotel and many people expect more for some reason. The room was little smelly and things were dirty. The neighborhood was the worst but that’s out of their control. Lots of homeless and drug addicts roaming around. Saw group of young adults looking into people’s cars and trying to get inside from the side and back doors. So definitely do not leave anything valuable in your vehicles. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you are very low budget and have no other choice.

Came here when our power went out and was barely here an hour before leaving! The chair was stained up. & BUGS BUGS BUGS. There was bugs in the bed! Do not recommend. Immediately sent boyfriend downstairs to check out. This place does not look like the pictures at all. Place smelled like smoke.

Service was nice and helpful. However, the whole place smelled of smoke and the rooms are SO humid. If I left clothes out while gone for the day, they were damp by the time I got back, very gross. Our top sheets REAKED of body odor and had to ask for new ones, smelled like they just never got cleaned. 1 bed only provided with 2 horribly flat and lumpy pillows, will wake up with neck pain. Next morning of our first night realized the window was never sealed shut. Room and bathroom are overall very small, smelly, and uncomfortable. The one nice this about this place is the service.

The place was dirty and ghetto. The lock on our door was broken and off its hinges. Did not feel safe at all. Rooms were dirty and smelled like smoke. The lady at the front desk was somewhere else while me and my family were waiting for her to come and help us. There were so many drinkers and smokers in the lobby. We did not stay for the night and got a full refund.

When we got here IMMEDIATELY we smelt weed and smoke. The whole place reeked of it. The receptionist seemed very unprofessional. When we got into the room it still smelt like weed and smoke but even worse. The bed looked dirty and the lock was broken. The screws had come off and it was very unsafe. Lots of homeless people lingering around and overall was unsafe and unhygienic. Do NOT come to this hotel. We stepped into the room for only 10 minutes before we had to get a refund because of how BAD this place was.

Bug in room. Things on the towels. Humid in the room. In the lobby the vending machine was leaking and there was no breakfast. On top of that my coworker and I said in the same kind of room with our boss booking the room and we had two different deposits. He had $50 and I have $100. When asked why I was told don't worry it will go back on your card. And don't get me started on the rooms. Small is putting it lightly. And the bed had a cut in the mattress and the sink in the bathroom was clogged, no water. On top of all that it was dirty and smelled like smoke.
Safety: Not very homeless everywhere and pretty sure I say a car get broken into

DO NOT STAY HERE. Ghetto, unsafe, and dirty. Like all the other reviews say. There was a homeless person talking to himself outside the hotel and the area is generally unsafe. The sheets were disgusting and the shower was worse. The mattress smells bad and the floors are sticky. The lamp didn't even work and neither did the outlets. It was scary to stay here. You can easily open the windows from outside and there's no lock on them. This is a major safety concern and people could easily have gotten in the room while I was sleeping. Never staying in this area again. Thank god it was only one night.

Wost service ever. Was charged for 2 nights never stayed once. Was credited back one charge after a week. Talked to the head lady by phone and email. Was told another refund was coming. Never received a call or email back. Very bad customer service.

Elevator is not working. I told them at check in my knee had been bad so she was able to locate a room on the 1st floor . Tub was dirty looking no toiletries as advertised. A bar of soap only . Mini fridge was frozen over . Needed to be cleaned and thawed out . I noted the breakfast ? area said it was closed . I asked and she said that corporate was supposed to remove the complimentary Continental breakfast option from the website. It looked like a total dumping ground for who knows what.so permanently closed. Side door wide open no security. The window in my room was not locked I was able secure it with a few tries . Not really safe . My room had no couch or chair as the website showed. All photos on the website are extremely outdated still showing a breakfast room. Coffee was available but cups were teeny and no lids . No napkins only Kleenex sitting there was weird . Only 3 pillows online it showed 4or 5 . I came back in tired and late turned down the comforter only to see cigarette burns and a gross ? stain. It was late so I just pulled it out of the way reported it in the morning. Tub was brown looking so I avoided it as well.
