We sold our home with Zach and the process was seamless from start to finish! They took fabulous pictures of our home and really marketed our property well. We got multiple offers and were able to close quickly. During the closing process Zach even got hands on to help fix the property to ensure we closed as soon as possible. We worked with Jay on the sale of our home in Overland Park and the purchase of our dream home in Lees Summit. Jay made the entire experience smooth and fun. Jay brought great experience and helped us maneuver through the unique contract twists and turns in working with the builder. Jay was always available to answer questions and chase down anything needed representing us as both buyers and sellers. We really appreciated the attention and focus on our wish list for our new home and Jay repeatedly showed he was listing to us in helping deliver even the smallest details. We are in love with our new home and very excited for the buyers of our previous home. I cannot recommend Jay highly enough! As a first time home buyer I had a lot of questions (and some nerves). Jay's communication, knowledge, professionalism, experience, and genuine kindness put me at ease. Not only that, but he was able to find me an off-market house in a small, competitive neighborhood market and negotiate a deal that left both parties very happy. If I ever sell or buy again in KC, I'll be reaching out to Jay.

Our home sold in less than 1 week, no doubt due to Jay's experience and knowledge base. When we first moved into our neighborhood, Jay reached out to welcome us. It is obvious he is a pillar of the community. That is why we sought him out when the time came to sell our home. Our instincts were correct. He was a pleasure to work with and he always helped us keep our sense of humor. We have bought and sold many homes over the years, and I would say this was our best experience. Jay Swearingen is a seasoned and successful real estate agent with years of experience in the sale and purchase of homes in the Kansas City area.
