They didn’t have a couple of what I considered essential items. But they’re a Black-owned business providing something newer and nicer than the typical ‘GUNS+AMMO’ storefront for people that usually get left out of the Southern armament equation.

Cash in hand and they closed 15 minutes early, smh. Knocking on the door 5:45, they won't let you in, owner thinks I don't know how to tell time I guess. Just throwing it out there knowing I have the owners attention, there was also a car full of people that pulled in right after me and we were all turned away before closing time.. Will be taking my money elsewhere, smh.

Awesome customer service.I don't get off work until after the store closes. When I need something, I call and they stay late to provide service. 10/10 one of the small town style shops around.

No one greeted me when I walked in which was weird.The white guy that checked me out wasn't really helpful. I needed help as a first time gun buyer but he acted as though I knew what I was doing. The black gentleman did help me assemble the safety lock piece on my weapon so that was really helpful. The young lady working behind the counter let the phone ring the whole time I was there. I liked that this is a black owned business and would love to support in the future but the customer service could have been much better. I'm slightly disappointed ?

Went in with my husband 30 mins until close. He was looking in a case and one of the workers walked up - without saying anything he turned off the light and walked away. Guess they don’t actually want to sell stuff ? They might have a good selection but I’d rather order something online than get lousy service.
