My dog stopped eating. $1000 of tests and no explanation. I got her to eat briefly with Entyce but I had to suggest it, the vet didn't. Very disappointing experience and I wonder if I had taken her elsewhere, she might have survived. Asked for a complete accounting for the $1000 and they ignore me. Vet who put her down asked if they checked her for Cushings. They don't respond about that either

After our dog cut her paw in between her toes, we brought her to the clinic 25 minutes before closing and all of the office staff was more than willing to help out. Dr. Ebeling quickly examined her and said that she would need stitches. Dr. Ebeling took her back and stitched her up with no hesitation.

I have found the most wonderful place to care for my little Skiddles. He's very ill and Dr Rad and his staff are wonderful. I really do recommend going there. I appreciate the efforts they are making to help my fur baby get better. Even though it looks glim, I am satisfied they are doing their best to help him through his illness. Thank you!

As a new client I got a phone call the day before to confirm and when I didn't get them a call to confirm in a 12 hr block they bumped me from my appointment. Worst service for a new client

We have 3 dogs. German Shepard, GSD mix and a little Yorkie poo. We started taking our dogs there after being unhappy with the hospital we used after it changed ownership. The docs at Red Bridge Animal Hospital are excellent. They zero right in on potential issues and are very compassionate animal lovers. My GSD mix is a bit skittish, but by the time we leave they've made him comfortable, which is no easy task. He's a big time mama's boy. The office staff are wonderful and clearly love all types and personalities of the pets that come in. The facility is clean and the staff is efficient and work together so well. Love it there, more importantly so do my furry kiddos.

We have been taking our pets to Red Bridge for over 10 years. All of the Veterinarians are very experienced, knowledgeable and truly care about the animals and people. They always listen and it's like having a conversation rather than them just telling you what needs to be done. They answer your messages quickly, too. Highly recommended!

I have found a new home for my pets. The staff was super friendly and their protocol for care during Covid 19 was well explained. The vet was very nice and explained in detail what they were doing and why. Pricing was reasonable. The rating is primarily driven by the service and attentiveness of the staff. Thanks!

My last review was written shortly after my dog passed. I wanted xrays, bloodwork, the whole nine yards cause Charlie was getting worse. I got the cough medication but I knew Saturday night, his time was coming. I know Dr.Rad was probably trying to save me money, but I have been paying for veterinary for two dogs that do not belong to me. I apologize to the staff at Red Bridge.

There is a reason this place has 5 stars. When I first moved to KC, I had a puppy. I loved this puppy and needed to find THE BEST care for her. I asked around and so many people said Red Bridge Animal Clinic. I happened to live near it, so it was a no brainer. I have since moved, a few time, not near Red Bridge, but I didn't even bother looking for a new vet because I love this place so much. The front desk ladies are so incredibly kind and knowledgeable, that when I call (which is maybe too much) they always give the best advice. I see Dr. Ebling, and he is always so kind and makes me feel comforted. He is professional and knowledgeable. He explains things well and is just great. Sometimes, emergencies happen, and they are always so accommodating to my time. We've seen a few other doctors at this location and I always leave satisfied. I cannot say enough great things. If you're looking for an awesome vet experience, look no further, seriously!

I've lived all over KC but I keep coming back to Red Bridge. Dr. Rad is amazing, very thorough, and genuinely cares about your pets. I'd highly recommend this place.

Red Bridge Animal Clinic is a premier facility for any animal/family member. The Staff & Doctors are highly qualified & very professional, plus friendly & empathetic in times of crisis. I will always be thankful for the care, guidance, & kindness the entire staff afforded me when it was time to let our precious friend cross over. I highly recommend Red Bridge Animal Clinic!

Red Bridge is great! Fair prices, and Dr. Rad has a great "bedside manner" with our dogs and us. He explains things well, and is kind as well as professional. The evening hours are super-appreciated for us working folks. Clean, professional clinic, and friendly staff.

The vets and nurses are great. I would give 5 stars if the front desk was a little nicer. That said, the rest of the staff makes up for it.
