The employees here are having a tough time. Even so, they’re minimizing letting their frustrations out on customers. That takes a lot of strength.I called in to ask if they had an item in stock. The employee was straightforward and helpful.When I came in, cashier was with a customer and went out of her way to greet me despite being so busy.I imagine it is much harder to provide good customer service when the store is full (I grew up in this neighborhood).

I went to this store last night and I am assuming the lady is the new store manager based off her statement that she just took over store anyways I got product off the sky shelf that were penny items she found ne later in store asked where I got them I told her where she rudely told me as she was taking them out of my cart that I could not have them because the came from the sky shelf which is on the sales floor and the items were not in a sealed box. I didn't argue with her because it was obvious she wanted them for herself but she told me to take a penny item I found on a lower shelf free of charge because she didn't want to ring it up and put it on her books.

I came to the store at 7:30pm and they said they were closed. No reason given. But the sign on the door says they close at 9pm everyday. Very disappointing.

I like this Family Dollar! I used to go to the one next to Sonics on Blue Ridge but idk they changed management and the new owners are rude and make you feel like you stole something. I don't steal and I work too hard to be made to feel like that. So I was happy to come down to this one and just noticed Night and Day between the stores. They were cleaner, the shelves were stocked! (I was shocked to see that) and they were Nice ❤️ so I have now made this Family Dollar my go to Family Dollar.

A normal Dollar Dollar General experience other than one register was malfunctioning for other than cash transactions.
