Why they close early all the time. Then plain face we closed. But y’all got 8 mins left. Y’all need new mgmt. post office. Can’t leave till it’s all done. Waitress can’t leave till customers leave past the closing time. But dollar general can leave early

It had been nearly a year since I braved this store, the last time I was there it was a nightmare of racks so you couldn't shop and one cashier. I left not wanting to return. For convenience sake I went and was pleasantly surprised and on how clean, orderly, and well stocked the store was. Still only one at the checkout but there no line and the cashier was lovely. I noticed men working on making the store the way I described.Dollar General stores have all been a mess with racks of unstocked product, and you can't get to the merchendise. I don't want t to shop them anymore for that reason.Today this Dollar General was a pleasure to shop!Thank you

Avoid! Incompetent staff. Stole my money. On March 11th, I used a credit card and bought about $30 worth of stuff, most was priced incorrectly per their ad. I noticed this before I left the store while reviewing my receipt. Two employees had difficulty performing simple math and proceeded to argue with me about the discounts that I was due. After about 20 minutes of this complete nonsense while they struggled on the register, I told them to keep all the merchandise and just cancel the entire order. I walked out with nothing and left the receipt with them. They did not perform the refund and then lied to the credit card company when I filed a chargeback dispute.

This location appears to have greedy management and are trying to save money by having one cashier /employee in the whole store at a time. The lines get backed up and the poor cashier is left alone with people piling in. Twice I've seen the manager walk out of the store knowing full well they are backed up. This same cashier is also responsible for being the only stocker during down time and is forced to go back and forth from stocking to register. People are catching wind of the lack of employees too because I have seen shop lifting 2x.

Check your receipt! They have no screen for their customer to see what is being rung up and the sales that they have advertised rarely register when the cashier is ringing up products I’ve walked out on 3 different occasions wondering why my bill was so much only to discover none of the sales actually rang up. It is extremely misleading to advertise products on sale and then not have the registers programmed properly. The cashiers are always nice but I do not like shopping in places where I feel like I’m being scammed so this was my last experience with dollar general. If I’m shopping there for sales and being hoodwinked I’d rather take my business else where.

"Staff" as in one person, is never at the register and I had to ask them to cash out after I waited for 15 minutes, which is followed by a passive aggressive comment on how customers need to be more patient. Not shopping here again unless their employees actually start caring about doing a decent job. You don't have to be the best employee who ever lived, just don't make customers wait then make them feel like they're in the wrong when they expect you to act like a professional.

This location doesnt have the selection other locations have. I understand people have bad days but I've been to this location at least 20 times because it was convenient & the staff are never friendly & usually just rude
