dont even waste your time here, they only take brand new clothes that were sold the same year you sell. terrible service never coming back. would be helpful if they put on website they dont take kids clothes.

Don’t sell your clothes here. For one, the employees are RUDE! Second, they will give you practically nothing for your high end stuff and resell it for quadruple the price. Awful customer service, just downright horrific people.

Extremely friendly gals have helped me here. Their store is organized and full of amazing items. A little pricey in some cases but they have good sales and fair prices if you're consigning.

I recently stumbled on this lil gem. I am a HUGE thrifter/resale shopper. I am here for a bargain and don’t anticipate a “high” level of accommodations but my last visit is still bothering me. After waiting in line to try on clothes at the dressing room the lady in front of me was so frustrated she just walked into an open door. That wasn’t an option for myself as the rest of the doors were locked. There’s a chime on the doorway. I must have walked back and forth twenty times while watching the two girls working upfront talking and hanging clothes. Cool. So I grabbed my handful of clothes and walked all the way up to the counter and was able to get assistance. She asked me how many items I had. I just threw out the number 6 bc frankly I was frustrated at this point and she said ok and that’s what she wrote on my door. I had 4 items. When I was finished with my choices I headed to the checkout line. There I waited excessively long while the cashier allowed the lady in front of me to browse and shop for rings at the counter. It wasn’t until I made a stink about it before the lady decided to ever so kindly finish her shopping with a smirk and grin towards me as she walked away. I’m only taking the time to leave this lengthy review bc it looks like the owner does take the time to read them. The girls working were young. I’m sure with guidance it could be a much better experience for customers.

This store is terrible. From the rude staff they hire to the prices. I’ve seen used items on sale for over retail at this store? rip off. Don’t think about trying to sell to them. You’ll drive all the way just to find out you need a QR code on their door just to schedule an appointment… DAYS LATER. Don’t waste your gas coming here. Zero stars would be appropriate.

I was not impressed with the shopping experience at this place. The employees were not welcoming at all. I hate going into places where I spend my money and feeling like I don’t belong. The prices were average but could have been more reasonable. The selection was just ok. Overall I was not thrilled with this place. I’ve had better experiences at Hillcrest and Savers. Probably will not return.

This place isn't well organized clothes are just hung randomly like they attempted to organized but fell short. I heard this place was known for business casual clothing...but I was informed wrong. It's a mix and the price is definitely a pretty penny. They do have some nice knitted chiefs beanies tho

Our daughter, our 17th exchange student, found her Homecoming dress, shoes and handbag! The dress is covered in pearls and sparking bits. All for a budget price of under $50. While it is true that they don't have a large selection of fancy dresses, there are a sprinkling of great dresses hidden on the back racks. Our kids love shopping here.

Had an awesome selection! I'm a plus sized girl and they have a lot of cute finds. Ditto has had the most options for plus size girls that I've seen at any secondhand/resale store. They also had a pretty good selection for men! My partner found some shoes that were just the style for him. For the most part, the store was pretty organized and easy to follow. There were some sections that had sizes in the wrong place but I'm sure with customers rummaging around that's bound to happen. I had a great experience and will definitely be coming back! Oh! Customer service was very chill and helpful. I appreciate their vibes ❤️

Just wasn’t a great atmosphere. My advice would be save your money and go to a thrift store. Hillcrest is a great option and is for a great cause.
