They rear ended my daughter and one driver wasnt legal, 2 the company didnt have insurance for vehicle. 3 they havent gottwn back to us about the wreck or damage so now we have a lawyer that is gon a take the case.

Would be a negative if I could!! The company I ordered from had put needed by September 7th DHL held the package for 2 days I had to drive 2 hours to pick it up where it was held! DHL SAID THEY DIDNT HAVE ROOM ON THE TRUCK TO DELIVER….FOR 2 DAYS shaking my head would not recommend using the company at all.was just told as I picked it up “you are in a white area” lackOf staff to go there I feel that is racism!!!

I have made multiple calls to DHL in the last 2 weeks. I have been given 4 different out for delivery texts-two with the "follow the driver on the map" only to watch the little DHL truck on the map get within 40 miles of my address and then go back to Kansas City. The original delivery text was August 4 and it is now August 14. I am not sure if your courier driver is scared to leave the Cameron area to get to me or what keeps happening. I am told the same thing everytime I call. There is an overload of packages. I would like to think that if my package wasn't delivered the first time the route would start with my package the next day and then work back to Kansas City. Maybe sometime in the next year the package will be delivered and it will feel like someone sent me a gift since I won't remember what I even ordered at that point.

The driver refused to come to the apartment 3 days in a row, lying and saying the package isn't ready but simply did not show and refused to work. 3 days wasted waiting for them just to make multiple trips to a drop off location. They had instructions to call as well but also chose to ignore those orders.

I was told my package was supposed to arrive Wednesday by ragbag although dhl told me Thursday and it did just arrive Friday but the only thing I will complain about is the fact I never received a email telling me it arrived …. My package could have sat outside and been stolen

They are very gentle and nice. They are characterized by the speed of sending and receiving. They are very careful when sending any international shipment. They must separate what's inside the shipment. They pay close attention to whether there are any liquids or lithium batteries inside the box, which should not exceed two. I highly recommend them.

I didn't receive my package and it said it was delivered and when I check outside if my package was here it was A lie. I try contacting them and it did not work. My address I pit was correct but the package never came
