We had scheduled a move for January 20th on one of the coldest days we have had with snow on the ground. The movers arrived during their timeframe and wasted no time getting the truck loaded! These two gentlemen Steve and Geo in the Kansas City area are outstanding and were very courteous, efficient and worked their tail ends off! They should be employees of the year and rewarded for their hard work and professionalism they provided for this company. I highly recommend this company for moving and if you get Steve or Geo you are getting a bonus reward!

I made a check at 8 am and they threatened 12 pm. The manager said that I was the first, but he threatened the second. I come to ask why you don’t threaten me. He started shouting bad words, calling me names and kicked me out of the office. They treat the trucker very badly

JD, Kim, Jon, and Joe were phenomenal! As a military family, we move often and they treated our household items and our family with genuine understanding! Thank you for taking the stress out of our move and taking care of our home!

Best experience we’ve ever had with a moving company!! They were not only professional but also very friendly and courteous. Moving to another state is stressful but the guys were upbeat and had smiles the whole time which really created a great atmosphere. They even told us a bit about the surrounding area and helped us figure out which grocery stores were near us and where we could find more shops. They got us situated and made this whole experience as painless as possible. If Jon, Jo, Josh, Joe, and Cal show up to move you in or out of your home rest assured you’re in good hands!!!

We’ve used many moving companies and this was by far the best we’ve had! From the first call I felt my family and belonging were top priority! They checked all my boxes; professional, responsive, compassionate, competitively priced and put all our needs first! Highly recommend!

I called to simply ask if they're available for a move next week. I don't want to go through the whole quoting process if they aren't even available the day I need. The man who answered the phone couldn't give me availability. He tried to tell me I need to send an email. Then he told me he would need to have someone call me back. I said, every other place has been able to discuss availability with me over the phone. He said, "Well go use them then."
When I called back and asked for a manager or supervisor, the woman who answered said she was sitting there thewhole time listening and she heard him answer all my questions professionally. I asked if telling me to go use another service is what they consider professional. She claimed he never said that, and told me to "Have a verrry niiice day" in clear drawn out sarcasm.
Wow. Just wanted to know if they were available next week but guarantee I will not call back. I hope they have the day they deserve.

We recently moved from California to Missouri and are SO thankful to have had Daniel's Moving&Storage move us. I loved the contact from the coordinator as well as the driver! They both kept a steady communication throughout the whole move. We are most importantly so grateful for our stuff being handled with caution and care. Crew was very respectful and fast paced. Nothing was damaged or missing. Will definitely be using them again for future moves (hopefully not too soon)! 10/10 would recommend!

This company really did not have it together.Number 1, the initial assessment and quote was off because their guy either wasn’t paying attention or was in a hurry.This would later cause all kinds of confusion when it came to time to move.They didn’t move everything from the basement like we asked them to do first. They left stuff in our shed instead of getting it all. And they left kitchen Stuff so now we’re eating and cooking like we’re camping until we can get back up there to retrieve everything else. They left our kitchen stuff.Who does that?It’s ridiculous.They broke one of our items. The movers were were nice enough but I really blame their management for how this move turned out.Needless to say we need to go back and rent another U Haul and spend more money to get the rest of our stuff out.It’s a mess.My business was not supposed to be part of the move but they left a whole lot of other stuff that needed to go.If you do use this company be very cautious and watch the move like a hawk otherwise you might be wondering where your kitchen utensils are.

My company paid for a full service relocation. I had to use a "professional" relocation service and the work was subcontracted out to Daniels. The move coordinator with Allied Van Lines dropped the ball several times, but the actual move crews were great. From KC, Larry, Dave, Eddie, Chris, Steve & Geo got us lined out and loaded quickly and efficiently. We had already packed, but they wrapped our furniture and a packed a few other items with care and professionalism. These guys have all known one another for years and have worked as a team for years. The smiles, banter and laughter makes a rough job (98 F & 110 F heat index) go faster. I've had the displeasure of a number of bad "professional" moves, but I'd work with these guys again in a heartbeat.
