Desi was a great agent, and when she had to step away from work for leave her team stepped right in to help answer questions and see us through to close. Dani, Annie and Asha were professional from start to finish, guiding my family through a very difficult situation of continuing the selling/buying process when my husband was hospitalized for a lengthy time and passed away before closing. I will always be grateful that their knowledge and support helped me sell a home I would have struggled to manage on my own, and seamlessly buy a new home where our family could settle and begin to heal. My husband and I worked with Sarah, Tara, and the Dani Beyer team for our first house this fall. I kept asking myself "are we sure we're not missing anything?!" because the process felt SO easy, seamless, efficient, and knowledgeable! I never felt out of the loop or like there was a lack of communication. Furthermore, we lucked out building a good relationship with Sarah to have helpful conversations on things like decor and school districts - always a good added bonus :) Happily referring the Dani Beyer team to all of my friends!

We could not be happier with the results of working with Dani Beyer and her team to sell our home. She made it very clear from the start that she was solely our agent and would not be involved with the buyer in any way. She and her assistants could not have been more easy, pleasant, and fun to work with. Her stager, Jill, was superb at helping us show our home in the best way possible without overburdening us. Her operations officer, Annie, kept us continually informed and maintained excellent communications between us and the buyer's agent from start to finish. She was superb at helping us deal calmly with the issues that can arise when selling a home--issues we had not experienced in 24 years. And she wrote a top-notch description of our property for the MLS listing. Dani's "coming soon" posting strategy prior to MLS listing attracted the eventual owner on day 1. Dani leveraged the comps to recommend the perfect sales price. Early on, we thought we should make some repairs and improvements to help with the sale, but, based on her wide experience, she convinced us that we would wasting money. In the end, two potential buyers offered remarkably great terms, biding against each other, raising the final offer well above the listed price. If we were ever going to sell or buy another home, we would strongly recommend Dani Beyer and her wonderful team.
