I love this studio. The staff is fantastic. I have a specific shout out to the instructor Holly. I took her class, I felt very behind compared to other dancers. She was so gracious and kept encouraging me, helping me feel less like the fish out of water I was. The other dancers were incredible too.Mika at the front desk is lovely as well! This studio has such a beautiful energy. Thank you all so much for bringing so much joy to my week!

Thought the contemporary class was for beginners. It was not. Hard to hear instructor over next door’s music. Still fun to move your body and try! Will try a different class next time.

Dance Fit Flow is exceptional! If you're a retired, current, or wanna-be dancer, try it out! All levels are welcome, and the staff is *chefs kiss*. The community is so strong at DFF, and they value getting to know you as a person. I look forward to going to class each week. Some of my favs are Topher's Tuesday classes and Caroline's pro power jazz, and Tara's pro power hip hop, but honestly, I haven't tried a class I didn't LOVE!!

Just took a call here this evening! My friend hosted a entry level shuffle class and it was amazing! The space was very clean and SO cute. Very happy my friend got to host a class here and teach others around the Kc area shuffle dance! Will be back soon to sign up for more classes!! Def recommend for anyone looking to learn some dance moves

Everyone at DFF welcomes you with a smile, but I keep returning for Dani's Salsa class on Thursdays at 5:15pm. I started taking this class in mid -June and it's one of the bright spots of my week. You'll enter the room and leave everything but Salsa outside, you'll let yourself go out of your comfort zone, you'll meet strangers that become acquaintances and friends, you'll practice your basic step all over your house in between classes. Dani and the folks who join this class are what make it so special. Come dance Salsa with us!

So. Much. Fun. I haven't been in a jazz class in 20 years so I was pretty nervous for my first one at DFF. Though I was pretty rusty, the atmosphere was inviting and encouraging. Tony is a great instructor! I also LOVE WERQ. Tara does not mess around and is so much fun. I haven't been able to go to a cardio dance class since before the pandemic so I have a lot of catching up to do. This is the perfect class to do that. It kicks my butt in a good way!

I feel so so lucky to be able to dance again! This place is great for adults who danced growing up and want to continue going, complete beginners, or even people who took a break for a little and are returning. The teachers are extremely professional and make the experience super fun. They are also very helpful when it comes to technique and connection to dancing. I LOVE it!

So much fun and a great experience! We had a bachelorette party from ages of 24-62. None of us knew what to expect. Natalie was our instructor and she is phenomenal! This left all of us feeling to positive, energized, and just in a great mood. SO MUCH FUN!

Dance Fit Flow is truly amazing! I came from out of town to be in KC for a day, and I instantly knew I had to come take a class at Dance Fit Flow. Let me tell you, I am so glad I did! Dance Fit Flow is an incredibly welcoming environment, with amazing teachers! I took Kaylas mixtape fitness class and I LOVED it. Her class was great and was such a positive and uplifting environment! Being a dancer my whole life, having a studio that allows you to keep dancing, even after the intense dance days are in the past, is amazing! I can’t wait to try out a dance class, next time I’m in town! Love this place!

Went for a birthday party. This was so much fun. Liza was our instructor and she was so fun and sweet! We learned a dance routine showcasing the birthday girl. The studio is so interesting. Such a fun experience!
