I attempted to setup a covid test online through the CVS website. I had to pick this pharmacy that is 25 minutes from my house because my local CVS did not have any openings. I waited in line at the drive through lane and when it was my turn, I was told by staff that they do not even do covid tests at this location?! So, the CVS website allowed me to book a covid test, but there was no way to get tested. I went back home and contacted Walgreens. They said I could come in immediately, I took the test, and I got the results in 20 minutes, and it cost me $20 dollars. The CVS website charged me $70 dollars prior to me ever being seen. I did end up having covid. No one wants to get out and about when they are sick. CVS could have a little curtsy to customers and at least update your website so people don’t waste their time. I will never shop at a CVS again.

Today was the last day I ever use CVS. I have given this place multiple chances over and over again all to end in the same results. I have been using this location since I was a kid and I am now 33. Literally Everytime I come to this CVS it's always an excuse we're short staffed, it's not ready ,we don't have it I could go on and on. Today I came in to get eye drops for my daughter. Something so simple yet so hard to come up with. We left her doctor's at 115 and of course they close from 130 to 2 pm that's fine. When I come back after two to pick up I am told they don't have it and wouldn't have it until Friday. Again same story different day here. The lady says she can call around and call me back bc I couldn't stress to her enough that I need the script. Then they send the script to 72nd and north oak bc supposably they are the only ones that have it. When I arrive there the line to the drive thru is almost to the street so I go inside and again find 10 people in line. So I stand there for over 30 min and when I get up there they tell me it will still be over an hour!!!!!!! You have got to be kidding me so at that point I called my doctor's office back and changed it to Hy-Vee. This is totally ridiculous and uncalled for so I wasted my whole day dealing with this when Hy-Vee had it and filled it in literally 10 min?. It will be Hy-Vee from now on I will Never use CVS again today was the last day......

This is an excellent store and pharmacy! Everyone is so nice and works so hard. Love this CVS.

I can't believe the awful service; I called to order a prescription 3 days ago and come to the pharmacy and nothing is ready besides the long wait line . Is why I order most of my prescriptions on Walgreens ever again here .

Went in to buy Sudafed for my sinus problems. I went to the self checkout where it said an employee would be over because it’s age restricted. You must be 18 to purchase it, which I am. I gave him my birthday, which he typed in wrong. It said it wouldn’t work and I said kindly, “I think you put it in wrong”. The older man with black balding hair and glasses said “well I can’t sell it to you I don’t know what you want me to do about it.” As well as other snarky comments. No point in arguing I just bought it at Walmart without an issue. Just don’t know why he gave me attitude when I was nothing but kind. Hope something is done about it :(

Their Pharmacy is very slow!! Waited over 45 minutes for my prescription which made me late for work. There’s no sense of urgency behind the counter.If you need to pick up prescriptions, be prepared to wait.

Will NEVER come back to any CVS. Had multiple issues with them being unable to find my prescription when I called, and when I finally took matters into my own hands by creating a duplicate account in their terrible system (upon which my prescription magically appeared), I went to pick it up the next day and it wasn’t ready. Fine. They said it would be an hour. Great. Came back 4 hours later and it was still not ready. I was annoyed but things happen, so I asked how much longer. 15 minutes. Great. Came back 20 minutes later and it’s still not ready. I drug my sick child out of the house to fill this prescription both times and he’s getting really testy. I go in to talk to the manager who is completely unhelpful and lacks any compassion whatsoever and asks me why I even came back if I hadn’t gotten a text yet. Maybe because I was TOLD IT WOULD BE READY. Everyone is busy. That’s not an excuse for poor customer service. Tell me it won’t be ready until tomorrow if that’s the truth! It is simple. Don’t set expectations you can’t follow through with.

Employees gave me an eerie feeling, sorta like I could feel that they didn't want me to be their.I felt completely unwelcome. They also did not on her what their website says about their return policy. I gave 2 stars because I like the lay out of the store & all the shelves are very well stocked. Any other time I love to look around & shop especially when they have all the seasonal stuff out which I did not get to do this evening due to the fact that I didn't accomplish what I came there to do and the overwhelming feeling of wanting to get my son and I out of there ASAP.I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS CVS LOCATION.Update05/15/23That review was some years ago I have since returned to the store only about three times but My experiences were much different this time.The staff was helpful without being pushy or rude the shelves are still well stocked, I like the layout of the store I really wish that more stores were 24 hours or open late night.

I only come here to buy things when I'm looking for makeup & hair products oddly enough. I like to buy my glycerin, lotions, and travel hair accessories (sleep caps, shower caps, combs). I find that the self-checkout option is the best means to checking out. I am a member of the free CVS membership, so I scan my barcode when checking out to reveal coupons and other savings. I will say that like everyone jokes about, the CVS receipts are always supppppppppppppper long. I wore mine as a scarf once :)

Pathetic customer service. I needed some help in the oral care area. Hit the assistance button 3 times over a 15 min period, no help came. Store was dead at this time. Terrible store.

I needed meds that were hard to find at other pharmacies. Super helpful transferring my prescription and filling it quickly. Store was very clean with little to no clutter.

The employees at this location are friendly and helpful. Despite being very busy, they always have my family's medications ready when I need them. No complaints.

This is quite possibly the worst CVS I have ever been to.I recently waited over 20 minutes for someone to help me at the check out lineThis last time my wife was there and again waited 20 minutes for help, when helped the associate decided she didn't know how to ring the sale up properly and had to call Michael. This guy is the worst of all. After my wife asked him to help her first before clearing the self checkout lines of orders people abandoned because they got tired of wait for somebody he then proceeded to call my wife "nasty" and said then referred to her as old. She's 39. Did all of this in front of our kids. THIS GUY IS A MANAGER??? What a joke. Terrible store...
