Catlyn & Kel in the pharmacy thank you both from the bottom of my heart. You two went above and beyond to make sure my child went home same day with the medicine she needed. You two are truly amazing and I just can’t thank you enough!!!!! ❤️❤️

My doctor sent in a prescription on June 13th. Evidently the system decided it was "too soon" to refill, even though it was CLEARLY on schedule. Did I find out on the 13th? No. Was I ever given any kind of notification? No. I found out on the 19th when I dug into the app. I called this location 6 times and nobody ever answered. I then decided to just go in and get to the bottom of it. Did they accept responsibility? No. They said "well this prescription is hard to get". THEN WHY ON EARTH DID YOU WAIT UNTIL I CAME IN TO ORDER IT?! Appalling. This is medicine, and you have a responsibility to your patients. The pharmacist should be ashamed.

Closing employee very rude. Seems like when this employee gets mad she ignores customers. Don’t feel welcomed here.

Very slow pharmacy service. Despite having lots of staff some are lacking in knowledge and efficiency. Have visited several times and each visit was an excessive wait much better branches nearby.

I was very disappointed in the customer service experience I encounter at the CVS in Kansas City Missouri on Prairie View Rd. I asked an associate for help at the registers. I needed to check out and was paying cash. She was nearby stocking shelves. She did come over then proceeded to ignore me and helped another person also waiting. After that she turned her back on me a second time and ignored me. I said if you don’t want my business I’ll go somewhere else and left. I called back and talked to the manager on duty who seemed to think that it was ok since the were short handed. She did apologize and finally agreed to talk to this person after much discussion. I feel she was just covering for this person and had no intention of talking to her

While I can't speak on prescription fulfillment like the other reviews, in terms of shopping this place is pretty quiet and the staff is pretty friendly, got some bogos binted.

This is the worst CVS ever!!!! I believe it is against the rules to answer the phone and even better. Yet its worst to have the customer. Only wait a few minutes, instead have them wait at least an hour for their prescriptions to be ready.

Mollie the employee seemed to be inconvenienced when asked for a passport photo. She was on her cell phone and pulled away from her personal use. She is beyond rude.

The absolute worst pharmacy. They never answer the phone you always get the voicemail. Took 4 days to get ahold of someone and it was because I called 64th street.

Today was the last day I use CVS for a prescription. My Doctor continuously warned me not to use this location. My Dr. filled a script last night. I show up in the drive-thru at 11:30 and sit and wait with the windows shuttered. I went inside and nobody was at the registers and the pharmacy was shuttered shut. I finally found an employee in an isle and she said the pharmacist (singular) had an accident and would be in at Noon. I waited just to hear the pharmacist tell me that I had no script. My Dr. confirmed and called in another script. I called the phone number and it said my script would be ready at 3:40. I drove up at 4:15 and they said its wasn't ready and they'd call me. I've been in pain all day and they never once apologized or provided a real explanation to their incompetence. The saga isn't over yet...

I have never seen a pharmacy not answer the phone like this one. I understand being short-staffed, but this is beyond ridiculous. This is an awful pharmacy. 0/10 recommend.

This store is the worst... I've never seen a pharmacy that won't answer their phone. The first one I've ever come across in all my years. Of using pharmacies, this is the only one that won't answer their phone. And the employees admit it when you go up there. They say they're too busy to answer the phone.

I attempted to setup a covid test online through the CVS website. I had to pick this pharmacy that is 25 minutes from my house because my local CVS did not have any openings. I waited in line at the drive through lane and when it was my turn, I was told by staff that they do not even do covid tests at this location?! So, the CVS website allowed me to book a covid test, but there was no way to get tested. I went back home and contacted Walgreens. They said I could come in immediately, I took the test, and I got the results in 20 minutes, and it cost me $20 dollars. The CVS website charged me $70 dollars prior to me ever being seen. I did end up having covid. No one wants to get out and about when they are sick. CVS could have a little curtsy to customers and at least update your website so people don’t waste their time. I will never shop at a CVS again.

Today was the last day I ever use CVS. I have given this place multiple chances over and over again all to end in the same results. I have been using this location since I was a kid and I am now 33. Literally Everytime I come to this CVS it's always an excuse we're short staffed, it's not ready ,we don't have it I could go on and on. Today I came in to get eye drops for my daughter. Something so simple yet so hard to come up with. We left her doctor's at 115 and of course they close from 130 to 2 pm that's fine. When I come back after two to pick up I am told they don't have it and wouldn't have it until Friday. Again same story different day here. The lady says she can call around and call me back bc I couldn't stress to her enough that I need the script. Then they send the script to 72nd and north oak bc supposably they are the only ones that have it. When I arrive there the line to the drive thru is almost to the street so I go inside and again find 10 people in line. So I stand there for over 30 min and when I get up there they tell me it will still be over an hour!!!!!!! You have got to be kidding me so at that point I called my doctor's office back and changed it to Hy-Vee. This is totally ridiculous and uncalled for so I wasted my whole day dealing with this when Hy-Vee had it and filled it in literally 10 min?. It will be Hy-Vee from now on I will Never use CVS again today was the last day......

This is an excellent store and pharmacy! Everyone is so nice and works so hard. Love this CVS.
