RUDE RUDE RUDEThere’s one young man who works here and as far as I can tell is the only one doing anything. One of the female workers is very entitled and rude. They’re also very uncommunicative, I had an insurance issue and instead of explaining how to fix it the entitled woman just stared at me.Then after I expressed that I needed my medication for my depression and suicidality, she continues to be unkind to me (A PAYING CUSTOMER). When she approached me the second time she didn’t say hello she just said “yes.” So I didn’t say thank you upon leaving (because she was rude to me from the start) and she acted like a child dramatically saying “you’re welcome.”

Worst pharmacy experiences ever. They never pick up the phone, have weird hours that make it hard to get there, they close early randomly, and they’re lunches take longer than listed.

CVS PHARMACY IS RIDICULOUS MY DOCTOR SENT IN MY PRESCRIPTION 3 DAYS AGO. IT'S STILL IN PROGRESS. TRIED UMPTEEN TIMES TO CALL TO HAVE MY PRESCRIPTION TRANSFERED SOMEWHERE ELSE. THERE AGAIN TO NO AVAIL.

Had trouble with a hospital discharge medication and the pharmacy staff worked on it for 2 days to make sure I got it before the weekend and it was even cheaper when I came to pick it up

The chick with the curly hair and Jamaican accent deliberately gave me misinformation about why my prescription cost me 22 dollars when my insurance company would initially have covered it! She gave me some weird bogus reason and stated that it's because I was going to different pharmacys to pick up my narcotic meds which made absolutely 0 sense because 1.they are the only pharmacy that I have been coming to for all of my medications 2. What would it matter where I would pick them up from if that were the case? She argued with me stating well I can see it and u do realize that we can track that? Which I could care less what they can see or track I suffer from a chronic illness that unfortunately requires me to take painkillers from time to time if I was abusing it I doubt my dr would prescribe. Come to find out after speaking with my insurance company it was denied because of the other medications I was given while being treated in the ER and the interactions this medication would have with it would require me to have a rescue agent nothing about me going to other locations! How irresponsible and careless could you be to give a patient this misinformation and the argue with them about!? How about actually know what you're talking about? You guys are literally dealing with the health of public and their care do better!! Not to mention them arguing with another patient while I was leaving super unprofessional and embarrassing

Horrible ash my boyfriend is sick trying to get his prescription & they kicked him out & called the cops & the pharmacy manager couldn’t give him a reason why he was doing all that instead of just helping him out , bad customer service. Do not recommend & never going back .

Every time I have to go through the drive through I have to wait 30+ minutes. Each customer takes 10-15 minutes.

I mostly go here to buy lottery tickets and to use the atm. I don't usually have to interact with the employees but I recently did. There was an older male employee that was being a little rude to me and a lady that was in line ahead of me. I try not to interact with him if I don't have to.
