RUN FROM THIS PHARMACY. A month ago my doctor sent a prescription to this pharmacy for a medication we were pretty sure wouldn't be covered by insurance. In the event it wasn't covered, I was given a coupon to cover the price of the one-time fill that I needed. I received a text message from the pharmacy saying that they had to order my prescription. I followed up after no further texts and lo and behold there was no longer any prescription. It had been cancelled. Nobody called or texted me to let me know. Nobody called my doctor to change the medication. NO COMMUNICATION FROM THIS PHARMACY TO ME OR MY DOCTOR. They just decided between themselves and Express Scripts to cancel the prescription. I received a letter in the mail from Express Scripts a literal month later stating that I probably knew by now that my prescription wasn't going to be filled and I needed to do something about it. Unacceptable. It was not up to CVS to decide how my medication was paid for or to cancel my prescription without notifying me, the customer or my doctor. I picked up my medication elsewhere without any difficulties. Rest assured I will never do business with CVS again. I can only image the kind of dangerous situation this bad customer service could create for senior citizens or people with critical health issues.

Just came out of this CVS after waiting for anyone to show up to the front of the store so I could check out. I had wine and knew I would need an employee. I finally decided to self check out and waited there as well. Finally a woman came out of a door, didnt say a word to me, punched in a code and walked away. Is this what we have come to?? So terribley rude and unprofessional.

The worst customer service I've ever had. You will stand at the pickup counter while 5 or 6 employees just IGNORE you, going about their business. I'm happy to say I've transferred my prescription and will never have to go there again!

I used to have all of my scripts filled here and shopped in store frequently. I had to switch pharmacies to be able to actually fill my scripts. I tried shopping in store again today and they refuse to actually check people out. I don't pay to shop somewhere to provide free labor. I won't be back.

the big lady in there will make you feel so uncomfortable & watch you the entire time your in the store. she’s no help when your looking for a item, but on your back every second your there. do not shop here! they’re understaffed & the energy there is completely off!

this cvs is horrible the pharmacy lady that was there this morning was EXTREMELY RUDE to my boyfriend for no reason at all i would like for her to be fired IMMEDIATELY and have any of her medical credentials removed now . i will be calling corporate to inform them as well

I went to pick up my meds that were ordered 4 days prior just to find my prescription still wasn’t filled. Then was told they could fill it but I couldn’t wait in the drive for a few minutes (even though no one else was in line waiting. That I’d have to park and come back. Apparently Lindsay, the pharmacist, is more worried about being the “line monitor” for the drive through than doing paid job and help customers. On top of being closed on the weekends and closing early every night. If you value your time and health the please go elsewhere

While the staff at this store are nice, it is very difficult to get a prescription filled on time (even when it's on an auto-recurring refill schedule or after repeatedly requesting a refill through the phone prompts). You cannot get the pharmacy to pick up the phone and the regular staff are no help. I'd use the CVS app, but it often has technical difficulties so it's not a helpful substitute either. Take your prescriptions elsewhere.

Terrible pharmacy customer service, waited 40 minutes in the drive through and eventually left because pharmacy staff ignored me the whole time.
