I wish I could give this place less than one star. The literal oompa loompa balding woman working the counter is probably the rudest (I don't even want to say human,) being I've ever come into contact with. Someone working the counter and being customer facing needs to have a better attitude, and not talk down to people when they ask questions. Fire her and start over.
Also, I could smell the cashier the moment I entered the store. This was literally the worst experience of my life at a CVS. I'm going back to Walgreen's!

I would give no stars if I could . They suck the staff suck . You wait 30 minutes for someone to come to the window for the pharmacy and then the workers are not friendly .

Horrible pharmacist. Rude, incompetent, and flat out disrespectful. Calling in a patient’s prescription shouldn’t be that hard, sorry to waste his time. From other reviews, I’d chose another pharmacy!

Mary the pharmacy tech has a very bad attitude and customer service. I’m a diabetic and I’ve always been on the same medication since 7/23 the past 3 months I have been without my meds because the price was to high. Come to find out my insurance somehow got kicked out of the system and all she could say was it’s new insurance when it wasn’t. I’ve been at the same job for 3yrs always used the same insurance. Mary needs more training on professionalism and how to deal with customer facing issues properly without the extra attitude!!!

The Pharmacist was so rude. She didn't want to be bothered, rolling her eyes and all. The worse experience I've had here. I was still nice, people like that you have to kill with kindness. I thought I was at McDonald's with the customer service she had. I hope she reads this. The scowl you keep on your face will age you quick. Botox is around the corner for you!

Can someone in corporate please read these reviews and get rid of the extremely rude and disrespectful African American pharmacist tech working this location! She is the worst person in the world! I have witnessed her disrespect elderly patients and I’ve witness her lie to customers and overcharge customers! If you are in agreement with this review please contact the cvs management and complain about her behavior as we all have been doing recently!

The plus is that their pharmacy is usually pretty good when it comes to having particular medications in high demand in stocks and with doctor approval they can refill up to 3 day's earlier than the actual refill date. However, today I encountered a very rude worker over the phone. He didn't appreciate me doing my "sarcastic professional voice" and threatened to hang up on me for using a condescending tone. NO vulgar language had been spoken out of MY mouth. He was in "Diva mode" I guess. Anyway,

Insanely rude b MARY answered the phone and got mad and hung up on me because they put my sons meds in the wrong file and I told her its frustrating that ive been in therr the last 2 days and everyone told me theres no prescription for me to pickup. What kind of idiot places a Missourian prescription in an Arizona file. Maybe learn some competency because your jobs not that hard and you're ALWAYS messing up.Then I called the front to get some help getting the name of the pharmacist and she told me she's not going to do that so kow they are both getting reported. Told me they can give me names over the phone yall wear name tags. Watch me drive down there and get your names and you won't even know
