Pharmacist today was less than pleasant upon my initial interaction with her. I was not impressed by her snarky demeanor, or passive communication when an insurance concern arose. Perhaps it was a bad day. To me it seemed like she doesn’t like working there. If she does, you certainly could’t tell on this day. She was appropriate at the end, but the first impression left a bad taste.
The pharmacy technicians however, were pleasant. CVS is overwhelmed in general. Keep that in mind when visiting because you will feel that when you go there.

I had a very pleasant encounter with the Team member at CVS, I believe her name is Misty. She helped me find some items that I needed and encouraged me to come back and use the store coupons that I received. The manager (a young woman) always greets and helps me every time I came into shop. I always enjoy shopping at this location!

The CVS store located on the south east corner of 75th and Wornall is my preferred location because the store is clean, well lit and well organized most of the time. It also has the OTC products— It is a health hub— so I’m able to pick up the products available through my insurance without waiting for them to be shipped to me.
The store associates are helpful and courteous. If I have problems with self check out, they routinely express genuine willingness to help, and if there is a line of customers, I don’t feel ignored. I really appreciate the service at the 75th St. CVS.

My first visit was terrible! 63rd street closed down so I had to switch. After dealing with such great people I had forgotten how rude people could be. The clerk had an extremely nasty attitude!! Didn’t want to answer questions. She should not be up front she has no customer service skills!! The pharmacy clerk provided the greatest nasty service she could.

The clown at the Rx desk asked me if I knew how to read her text to me, I have no idea what she is talking about, and neither does she. My family has changed our pharmacy. None of us will ever go back to this CVS.

We were insulted by the pharmacy clerk, she asked us if we read messages, or just look at them! We have switched our pharmacy and will never return.

I came through the drive through around 12:13 and wanted to give kudos to I believe it was D’leah. It appeared you were understaffed, but her hospitality and hard work is top tier.

They close at 9pm. Every day. Posted on the wall outside the store. How difficult is it to have the same hours listed on Google?

The lady working the store on 2/2/25 at 8:20 pm lied to my face about the return policy , you in fact can return an item with the original receipt at any CVS regardless of the original CVS you purchased it. Because you were to lazy to come to the front of the store to return or exchange my items I will take my business elsewhere. You had no one else in store so you could have definitely helped me. I will not be back , and that sucks because you are my neighborhood CVS that I’ve spent a lot of business at .

I just spoke with a woman in the pharmacy named Mary who so rude she wouldn’t help me and actually hung up on me. Absolutely no reason for her most unprofessional attitude.

Mary the Pharmacist has zero customer service skills and should take a class on how to speak to her customers. The perfect person to bring your spirit down. Everyone else who helped were amazing and very helpful.

I had a disappointing experience at your pharmacy today. Kiara, who assisted me during the prescription pick-up process, displayed unprofessional behavior that is not suited for a customer-facing role. I arrived at 12:45 PM after receiving a notification that my prescription was ready at noon, but I ended up waiting until 1:30 PM. Throughout this time, Kiara’s attitude and handling of the situation were far from acceptable.
However, I’d like to commend Deandre (apologies if I’m misspelling the name), who stepped in and went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Deandre’s professionalism, attentiveness, and problem-solving skills were exceptional. It’s clear she has the capability to lead and set an example for the rest of the team. I strongly suggest considering her for a leadership or training role to help elevate the level of service in the pharmacy.
