They are closing in about a month and it seems needed by the other reviews. As someone who lives close by I wish they could improve instead of close. I will say that I have never filled a prescription here but went I went in there today I was asked if I needed help finding any thing, said unison, and was directed to the exact location of the product. Despite the negative reviews, had a good retail experience. That's really all it takes. Their prices are high though.

I went in today at around 4pm. I went to the pharmacy first because I know they always have staffing issues. There were only 2 people working. Darryl was at the drive through saying very rudely he needed the customer to spell their last name. The other guy who is always very nice took over the drive through and was able to fully understand the Hispanic customer and find his prescription. I then got the luxary of having Darryl finish my transaction. He then began questioning me about the change in my in the prescription I've been taking for almost a year. I told him I did know why it was different. He then began berating me for not knowing the details. I trust my doctor will prescribe the dosage he wants me to take! He has been rude to me before but I let it go. Does this pharmacist not realize he is still in a retail environment? Being patient and kind is not negotiable. Why didn't they just close the drive thru like they have done many times before?Then I went to the self check out to buy something (the cashier is always way too busy merchandising). The guy in front of me wanted to pay in cash. The register never seems to work correctly. So of course the light starts blinking on both registers. The girl who I thought was a cashier came up and rudely asked both customers "what do you need help with"? Well, here's an idea. How about since you want everyone to self check then maybe send an email to Corporate to let them know these registers never operate efficiently?? I hate leaving negative reviews but this store had me a bit rattled. I get the staffing issues. Been there done that. I wouldn't be surprised if this location closed. I read some of the other reviews. Not pretty.

Absolutely the worst customer service of any pharmacy I have seen in my 72 years. Rx phoned in on early Tuesday, 12-19-23; the clerk, who couldn't care less, would not even tell me if my Rx would be ready BY FRIDAY! What's more, their pharmacy is closed Saturday and Sunday. The CVS pharmacy won't even answer their phone! The clerk doesn't care; the pharmacist doesn't care, and CVS doesn't care...Amercian customer service at its absolute worst!!! Dump CVS!!!

This is just a horribly run pharmacy. They are dangerously slow filling prescriptions sometimes days wait.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. Truly awful service. They take days to fill any prescriptions, rather than maybe an hour at other places. If they notify you that it's ready, expect to spend at least twenty minutes in line, whether in the drive-through or in store. The people there are rude and slow. DO NOT waste your time at this place.

Worst service I have ever had in my intire 66 years of life. My wife had a very important prescription sent to the from LS Hospital. We went to pick it up on Saturday at 2:30 and a clerk told us they were closed on the weekends. What the hell is wrong with you people at CVS are you totally crazy. Saturday is the busiest day. This is not a pharmacy my wife or I ever will go to again. We had to go back to the hospital that wrote the prescription and do it again at another pharmacy. We were told that was the only way we could get our prescription filled. We are done with CVS. Never againg ever.

This was worse experience I’ve ever had with any cvs! The lady at the widow was rude and clueless. I had two scripts called in from the emergency rm 24 hrs early, the first trip they were closed but hadn’t changed website to reflect new hrs. The second trip was at 11:00am waited in line behind one car for 45min only to be told it would be a couple of hours before it was ready. Went back 5 hrs later waiting in line behind 2 cars for almost an hour. When finally waited on was told not ready with no idea when ready. While I was sitting there I received text stating prescription ready. There should have been 2 but they didn’t have any records. When I got home found paper work where the er sent in both. While I was there I thought I would pickup script got girlfriend, WRONG!! Same story all over. I will never ever go to that CVS.

This pharmacy is horrible. They always take forever nobody ever answers the phone and they never are stocked with meds.

I had an RX sent to the pharmacy for an ear infection with major pain so I could start getting some relief only to find out their hours weren't correct on gmaps so they were closed. I updated the hours for today but not sure if the rest are correct...

Worst pharmacy to visit, NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. unable TO ANSWER PHONE, RUDE EMPLOYEES, terrible CUSTOMER SERVICE, TERRIBLE PLACE OF BUSSINESS ALL OF THEM ARE VERY RUDE AND NONE ARE KNOWLEDGEABLE.

I had got a text stating my meds were almost ready. Ryan the pharmacist helped me be able to pick up my prescription even though they didn't have enough.I qm very thankful to have a pharmacy understand what medicine means to people

If you change your business hours, update your online information and outgoing phone message accordingly. Some people choose to drive to your store for urgent needs, and the lack of communication about accurate store hours can add an extra inconvenience to people in already challenging situations. Do better.

I moved close to this store 3 years ago and I REALLY wanted to like it as it is right on my way home from work. During all of this time, I have encountered longer than usual wait time picking up prescriptions, and always lacking employees to check you out up front. Lately it has been much worse in the pharmacy...extremely short staffed requiring the window to close and decrease the hours they are open. Last night was the last straw...only the Pharmacist was there having to manage 6 people ahead of me. I felt bad for him at first until I approached him about a discrepancy with my newest medication, and he clearly was annoyed and thought I was lying. I will switch all of my medications to another store and not look back.

Worse experience ever. I went in for my 11am appointment for a Covid test. The pharmacist ask me if I checked in. I told him I did not check in. The email I have with the confirmation number did not have the option to check in. He checked the computer a bit more then told me they were not doing Covid test today then went straight to the next customer. He didn’t even try to explain why. I had to stand there watch him tend to other then ask why not. I feel like I was discriminated against. There a Caucasian male there that was still able to get his vaccination, I assume he had an appointment for. The manager did not even look my way to even try to resolve the situation. If you’re African American, I suggest you shop somewhere else. This event still feels surreal to me the callousness of the pharmacist shocked me.
