I have never had such a hard time at any other pharmacy to enter a good rx coupon. They had me go in and out of line 2 separate times just to use the coupon. Used this location because it was close to my job but I will definitely go somewhere else in the future.

I was seen at the Minute Clinic (NP and staff here were great) and had my scripts filled at the pharmacy for convenience. While waiting for my scripts, I purchased some other items. The store was very unclean - especially the restroom (feces) - and staff did not check ID for OTC that required ID check (which wasn’t the end of the world but they were audibly annoyed when I pulled out my ID as instructed). My scripts were finally done and I was called up to the pharmacy counter - no one else was in line when I was called up. I was then “lectured” by the pharmacy tech (after waiting for a period of time at the pharmacy counter, as instructed by the same tech) that I “skipped a whole line” (consisting of one person who got in line behind me minutes after I’d been called up). I won’t make the mistake of “convenience” again by coming here and encountering rude pharmacy and store staff, unclean facilities and overpriced meds/merchandise.

If I could rate this store less I would. The pharmacy is garbage and never open on their hours. Sunday I went to get my kids medication 10 minutes before the pharmacy closed but they refused to help me because they already closed down their drawers. Will be in search of a new pharmacy immediately.

Always new people here working, they always make you wait in line the young girl took the person in tube first seeing that I was next in line!
Then they took my coupon when I dropped off my prescription and again the young girl wanted to charge me hundreds of dollar. I come out of my way to stay at this location even after our move. We have been coming here for years. I do NOT recommend this location to use as their pharmacy. They use to paper clip my debit card to their receipt which scratches my card up, they used to put a white piece of tape that was so hard to peel off!!! Lady or guy pharmacist was really rude threatening me! We will never come back to this location!! Worst experience ever! They like to inconvenience you! They are not friendly or helpful at this pharmacy! They deserve ZERO stars!!

The cashier Michelle is extremely disrespectful and lazy. I come usually to post money to my card account and she always gives me a hard time. She makes me count the money even though she must count it anyway. She always makes my visit to CVS unpleasant.

Absolute worst customer service in their pharmacy department. Teenagers answering the phones are disrespectful, rude and hang up on customers. Apparently the fact they’re dealing with people’s health and their lives is lost on these people. Never again will I return to this CVS location full of people who don’t think consumers have choices.

Store hours online show opening at 7am but the store does not open until 8am. How hard is it to make sure store hours are shown accurately online? Waste of time.

Maybe it's just an extremely busy location with an overworked staff, but, oddly enough, any other CVS I go to in the area is actually helpful and polite. I'd recommend filling prescriptions at any other CVS in the area. Save yourself some headache, and maybe in the process help lighten their workload?
