This CVS location sometimes feels like a pharmacy of the past. It may be the location but the staff is friendly and helpful.

They should really just close this location. It's the poorest managed, poorest stocked, poorest staffed. Can get prescriptions filled faster and on-time at Walgreens not far away. Or at any other CVS in the city.

'Auto-refill' prescriptions NEVER ready or filled. Trouble getting specific prescriptions every single time they are due to the point of not getting them in time before running out. Will tell you 'it will be in tomorrow' every day until you finally send the prescription to another pharmacy. It's really unfortunate that pharmacies are allowed to be so severely understaffed. This is a systemic issue and the poor folks working in the store are just trying to keep up with demand.

Waited on hold for over an hour just trying to transfer a prescription and they never picked up. Called with 2 different phones at the same time and they never picked up either line. Probably because they treat their workers like trash and keep it understaffed to save money.

I was in a hurry and bought a few items at CVS. The cashier offered to ring me up faster than self-checkout. I agreed, but I didn't pay attention to the total or ask for a receipt. Later, I realized she overcharged me by $68 and added two charges for flowers that I never bought. When I confronted her, she acted guilty and her manager questioned her. I think she was trying to scam me. I don't recommend this CVS. They have dishonest employees who steal from customers.

This is the worse CVS I have ever seen. It is dirty and stock/shelving is a mess. Kinda of shocking for this industry. The personnel have always been very nice and helpful. I would not want to work in that enviornment much less buy products. I will not be back as The condition of the store worries me regarding product quality control.

The pharmacy staff are always nice and fortunately unlike many I have enough brain cells to operate the self checkout so no complaints about the other staff.

I arrived with a prescription at the pharmacy, 15 minutes before they closed, they told me that my medicine would not be ready until the next day, I asked them why? "because we are about to close." So I grabbed my prescription and headed to CVS in Belton and it only took them 5 minutes to give me the medication. very lazy people in this pharmacy.

Prescription not filled 3 hours after visit. Received text that said prescription ready for pick up. Return to store about 30 minutes later and everyone was on lunch and pharmacy was closed. So... waiting..... in pain.

We've gotten many prescriptions at this location and it generally has been decent.Tonight my husband went to pick up a new antibiotic for our daughter that we have not had. We opened the box and the seal was broken on the bottle. The bottle specifically states to not accept the medicine if the seal is broken. Giving the benefit of the doubt -- assuming there was logical reason behind this -- we called to ask about it before giving her any dose. We were on hold for 30 min and we were hung up on twice without even being spoken to. We did not want to give her the medicine without confirmation, so she went to sleep without the meds.My husband drove back up there and said they had 4 employees with no line... so why they couldn't answer the phone was alarming. He asked about the seal and they said it was suppose to be open because they have to dilute the medicine because of her age/weight. NO WHERE on the instructions of the package or in their verbal interaction did it state this. It was a waste of time for us and something that so easily could have been handled if properly stated on the package itself OR during check out.Disappointed certainly.
