Would've selected zero if I could. My prescription didn't go through apparently to their power outage, hospital asked for pharmacy to call them to confirm a second prescription to be sent since the first one did not make it. The pharmacist advised she was going to let me talk to her hire up, this broad jus tour me on hold for over ten minutes. Choose a different cvs with people who are willing to HELP. They do not care at this location.

Took my order online and said it would be ready same day in my confirmation email. Called the next day because I never received the notification my photos had printed, and was told they don’t have photo paper at this pharmacy. Unfortunately I was printing photos for a funeral and need to leave, now without the photos which were “guaranteed” to be done in time. Very frustrating.

Find ANOTHER cvs! It's Saturday morning, the sign says open at 8. Nope, garage/security door locked. At 8:20 a female employee gets dropped off. She enters, but doesn't open. 2 more employees show up, with the last one acknowledging that he'll need a minute to get set up. At least 7 would-be customers approached door. If this location can't supply reliable service, it should close down. 8:41a it finally is open. Ridiculous. Do better

I just witnessed something disgusting regarding a complete to lack of human kindness in one of the customer "service" techs at this location. There were two ladies standing at the front of the store who seemingly work there--as indicated by the CVS polos. After my transaction I asked if I could use the restroom. The one the other one called "Cheyenne" very rudely looked me up and down, giggled a little bit and said "ehe, no" . Rude... but ok... whatever. The First Lady was like "ok Cheyenne, it's 715, you have (whatever time) on your break" Then this poor lady who said she had been sitting waiting on a ambulance because she was having an asthma attack came up to the desk behind me looking like she had already begged before to PLEASE use the restroom. She doesn't know when they'll be here. Please let her use the restroom. The lady at the desk indicated that she can't allow a customer to use the facilities because she is the only one on right now... c'mon Cheyenne... take two seconds off your break so this poor lady can use the restroom!! The lady at the front was very nice.... But Cheyenne may want to find a different profession other than customer service.

Usually has what I need in stock and the pharmacy is good. The area is sketchy though. I feel that they should work with the city getting it cleaned up a oriole and not have so much transients walking around harassing customers.

No one at this location answers the phone and when they do they immediately say they will transfer you and either just hang up the phone or let the phone ring for 5 plus minutes.
