People were nice, but it is not worth your money staying at this expensive hotel. They do not provide a microwave in your room, they do not serve free breakfast (like most do) and their food for the restauraunts they have in the hotel is not the best and is EXTREMELY. expensive. (9 dollars for a half slice of medicore cheescake)

The signage in this place was off and created all kinds of traffic issues. People pulling into the garage to park only to find out they need to check in first and then there is no way to really back out. Elevators in parking garage not easy to locate initially and of course if you have not checked in the elevator causes all kinds of issues because it runs off a key card. Hotel is great once you get into it.
Rooms: Rooms were clean with modern amenities
Walkability: If you can disregard all the construction the downtown is really coming to life and there are a bunch of places to go within blocks of the hotel.

Spacious room but outdated hotel. Everything was clean and the person at the check-in desk was friendly. I had not originally booked this hotel but was sent here after there was an issue with my room at my original hotel.

My only complaint about the service is the gal at the desk talked super fast and quiet so I missed 99% of what she said.
My only complaint about the hotel is the strong sewer smell in the lobby and restriant@ and the slight smell in the rooms. The smell in the rooms disappeared after running the faucets in the sink and showers. The one in the lobby was horrendous. Other than that, it is clean, has comfy beds, best priced in the P&L district. It's about a 3-4 block walk from the T mobile center and KC Live. One block from the convention center. Lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance.

Nice clean hotel. Service was great. Location is right near Power & Light but not too noisy. It was awesome having the outdoor pool for those 30°C days. Will stay again.

Hotel was nice. Staff were amazing. There was a complimentary bus shuttle offered by the Crowne Plaza to take residents within a few mile radius. The gentlemen driving was named Darryl. He truly made the entire stay at the hotel special. As he dropped off people to their destinations, he gave a tour of the city that I will remember for the rest of my life. He was kind, loving, compassionate, enthusiastic and filled with life experiences that he was generous enough to share. I wish the world was filled with more people like him. I am grateful for the time we spent together and commend the Crowne Plaza for supporting this brand ambassador. Overall --- 6/5 stars!!! Extra star goes to Darryl!

Rooms were great and clean, all staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful, especially Ramya. Location was very convenient, was able to walk most places, especially Midland Theater which was our main reason for traveling.
