I went in to the store to activate a Hotspot and was not helped. Said to go online and had no information on how to create a new account whiteout being on a phone plan. I've now spent 2 hours an this issue with no resolution.

Too expensive..I purchased a phone from cricket which was purchased on a contract from another loan company..and even though I paid it off from the loan company..my phone was under contract by cricket..so I can't get my phone working with a new company.trying to get my phone with a cheaper company..since my husband passed away..I had no choice but had to go back to cricket..so I had to pay $90.00 to get a new number and pay activation cost..and several charges for leaving cricket for less then 30days..

Disorganized staff, sold me a phone then “lost invoice” and blacklisted it. Said they fired that employee and that if I bring phone they will get it off black list. Had to go back 4 times to try and fix problem. Was on speakerphone with manager and corporate. Miley says she will fix it I leave the phone there. I come back 3 days later she says she cannot do anything and keeps my phone and I am still getting charged 80 dollars for 1 phone per month. Horrible horrible location and horrible service

Came by around 5:30ish, the open sign was on, but the door was locked, no one in the building and no answer when called. Sign says open til 7. Proceeded to go to 3 different Cricket wireless locations one was not where it was advertised to be and the other had the rudest woman I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with in a retail situation. All I wanted to do was replace a phone that wouldn't charge yet I was told there was nothing they could do to help I would have to ship the phone off and wait til Thursday before it would be addressed. Finally gave up and went to Walmart they sold me a replacement phone and set it up in minutes all while maintaining a polite professional attitude. I will never return to this place or any other Cricket location in Kansas City.

Sold me a phone in the store activated it and then a week later my phone isn’t working and they report my phone stolen out of the store that they sold me and activated in store. They still have the phone they sold me and didn’t credit me for my month or refund my money. I’m out 250 and don’t even have my phone due to undertraining of employees and managers. Highly unprofessional

My mother and I walked in, manager Miley was there ready to serve. We mentioned our horrid experience with another server and she not only said that would not happen at Cricket, but went into detail as to WHY it would not happen by explaining how the billing works and how we can cancel at any time. Miley showed a phone and plan that was just what was needed for my mother: easy and affordable. She was also extremely patient and friendly during the many questions my mother (who is 83) had. 5 stars for this store! I recommend it to anyone and everyone.

I was just in Cricket , today, and was helped by a very pleasant and knowledgeable associate. Her name is Miley and she works at the Zona Rosa Cricket. I would recommend her to everyone. ?

Daughter and I went to the Zona Rosa Store in KC, MO. We found MILEY there to asisst us, and both of us were pleasantly surprised @ MIley's Complete Care, and Concern mixed with Excellent Business sense!! Miley is one of the best (Customer Service) Manager's I have ever seen @ ANY place of business. She will go FAR in this work a day world, and was more than an excellent Manager! Any job Miley does in the future should be VERY HAPPY to have her as their Manager! TRUTH in Excellence! Thank You MIley!!! ?❣
