First time customer. Will return thanks to excellent customer service from Kathleen. We started with a couple phones calls. She was patient and informative. I appreciated her energy so much that only option was to pay the shop a visit. In person energy, patients, and helpfulness matched. Plant purchased is beautiful. Will be returning.

I had been a customer of another shop I was delighted with, but they closed down so I was forced to find another. Not an easy task, but then I remember that I used to walk by this shop when I lived in the area. Boy, am I glad I did! Their professional attitude and attention to detail was vey much appreciated by not only me, but the entire family.the prices were comparable to other shops, but the customer service was way beyond the others. Will definitely use this shop again.

Had an excellent experience with Crestwood Flowers. They answered my house plant questions and offered me an best care index card for my house plant.The floral bouquet was beautiful and very reasonably priced.Definitely will be back for more flowers soon!Thanks

Marliese at Crestwood Flowers provided absolutely outstanding customer service, and skillfully created precisely what I was seeking for my mother's memorial service, at an affordable price. Her sensitivity and kindness made an emotionally fraught experience much easier for me, and once the flowers were ordered, I was able to move on to other details with complete assurance that Marliese would provide exactly what I hoped for, AND on time!!! People commented upon the beauty of the sprays, which were the ideal size and shape to do the job up front in our large church sanctuary. Thank you, Marliese and others at Crestwood Flowers. I shall recommend you wholeheartedly to others.

Truly a remarkable flower shop, staffed by remarkably capable and helpful folks. Quality all around. The owner Ruth Ann is a pleasure to work with, but then everyone there is too. Always there are some unique things there that give one joy. And some of the best orchids in town!

Low quality of flowers - wilt within 2-3 days. Received a bouquet for Valentine’s Day, on Friday most of the flowers were wilted and the bouquet looked pathetic. Mind you, I change water and cut the stems daily on all the bouquets I get. Contacted the business and were told this is normal. Picture attached, you be the judge.This is not the first time I’ve experienced a quality issue at this place - assumed that previous bouquets were purchased OTC and not called in, thought may be they sat at the store for too long and “aged”. This arrangement was ordered in, so no excuse there.The store is adorable otherwise; my go-to for greeting cards and gifts (including potted plants). Will avoid buying flowers in the future.

Crestwood Flowers prepared a spectacular array of bouquets and table arrangements for our recent wedding. I didn’t want any roses, I wanted a French country style bouquet with multiple flowers, colors, and various textures. They did an extraordinary job! We received multiple compliments on the design and choices of all the various flowers and greenery, and how lovely the full bouquets were, as well as the table arrangements, and the additional flowers for the dessert table. I only wish the flowers would last forever because they were all so marvelously crafted and stunningly beautiful. The team was amazing to work with and I highly suggest you look into Crestwood Flowers. It’s local and they are beyond amazing.
