Intial service was good, seemed professional. Came in for screen replacement and the rest of my phone was working fine. I had the screen replaced but I found out that night the camera would not turn on. Returned the next day and was told the new camera was bad and had to be switched out with my old one. Camera appeared to work and the next day realized the camera could not focus. Brought back in and stated the back glass was not flush and has a gap around the whole thing. Camera moves when pressed. The solution was for the tech to use their fingernail to pull the camera out slighty and it worked, but any pressure applied to the camera moved it. The camera was then out of focus. The problem was not fixed. Camera still moves and back plate/glass is not flush to the case. I do t have a functioning camera anymore and was told there's not anything you can do.

It was a great experience. The customer service was amazing and the tech really knew what he was doing and talking about. My phone screen looks great and it was fast. Under 30 minutes and he was done. Kyle did a great job! Affordable as well.

Wonderful place to get your phone fixed. Quick, good work, and very timely communicators. They try their best with vendors to get the exact original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts - obviously availability and phone age could impact exact expectations and specifications. CPR tries to meet expectations and does quality work.
