This is probably the first review I have ever left for a business and I am telling you now that this is the place to take your vehicle. I had a pretty serious issue and the fix for my engine in an older model vehicle was fixed quickly and efficiently. I am talking next day repair service, very friendly and informative. I recommend bringing your vehicle that needs work to this location before any other.

Was able to get my car in and evaluated right away. The repairs were completed quickly and the whole process was explained well. Afterward the car was running great and back to normal.

I took my Venza in for repair. I'm glad I went with Cottman Transmission. Kevin was a pleasure to do business with. It was repaired ahead of schedule. I wanted to drive her for a few days to test her out before leaving a review. She's purring like a kitten. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Thank you, Kevin...for everything!

Kevin is a pro. Replaced transmission in my ‘08 Tahoe and I’ve continued to use him for maintenance. Transmission work is unexpected and expensive, so I appreciate the speed and great customer service that make his shop a good overall experience.

Nice guy in the office. I suspected a transmission problem. They ran an affordable diagnosis. Didn't suggest any unnecessary services after determining the transmission was running fine.

This is a very good shop. Kevin is always straight forward, and I don't trust many, but he knows what he is doing and always has his customers in mind. I've had 4 different vehicles and he fixed them, and I didn't have any problems after. He did a follow up to make sure as well. I just appreciate that.

It's very annoying that this is the only transmission shop and they're not open either on a Saturday or until late. They're only open during working hours. Now I have to trade in my car.

The initial customer service was great. Not satisfied with the auto work performance being done on a guess of the problem, in which was not fixed, I still had to pay and I still have the issue not fixed at all. I called to advise the next day, to be advised , they fixed what they THOUGHT could be wrong and I was just lost out on the money paid.

On their website they advertise CVT transmission repair. I called Kevin and he said they do not service these transmission and to call corporate an ask why. I explained to him what the transmission was doing and his explanation is the transmission is junk. If these kind of wild assumption are how they diagnose their customers cars then they have undoubtedly wasted a lot of peoples money and time by throwing parts at something to fix it. I'm genuinely shocked that someone could run a business like this. Disgraceful
