It was surprisingly odd to walk in a store I've went to all my life and it's never changed. Now it's drastically different I don't like walking around the whole store to get ice cream all because of the homeless people and regular people who steal . It's uncomfortable uncontrollable and such a inconvenience. Maybe if price chopper goes down on their prices no one would care. Til then I do care.

I’ve shopped here my whole life. This store is going downhill fast. It seems they are so busy price gouging, they can’t keep fresh food. Milk always expires within a week , same with eggs. Today I bought a pound of lunchmeat from the deli for $9.99 only to get home and see the edges are completely dried out. Bad enough prices are completely outrageous, shouldn’t have to constantly throw away food that was just purchased on top of it. After being a customer for over 20 years, I’m forced to just start taking my money elsewhere.

I visited Kansas City last 2 weeks. My choose was price chopper .Excellent offers , very clean , a little more expensive price that in Houston tx .Barbara cashier shows great displeasure in her face . What a shame to end this like .Tk Tk like this business

How do you close customer service during business hours? That’s so unprofessional. I can see 10 minutes to close but a hour before closing is crazy. That’s not how you operate a business.

The Manager of this store careless about costumers, there is never enough cashier's working at pick hours, or anytime of this matter. Manager, never helped to costumers with disabilities avoiding long lines to pay for groceries. Express line never open. I wish, I wouldn't never back in this store again. Horrible experience every time.

They need more cashiers , the lines are very long . One lady that was checking me out had to go to the restroom so badly she couldn't hardly finish my groceries , there was Noone to let her take a 5 minute break !

Does this Manager care if someone shops at this store? Where are all the carts, twice I've been to this store and Manager? Only broken ones to use so I don't buy more than I can carry, luckily a girl bagger helped me out maybe she should be manager? Not going back worse store in neighborhood!
