This place is amazing! Wonderful deli, beautiful sculpted cakes and delicious sweets. Much better selection of heathy foods than “other” health food stores. So happy I found this place!!

Beautiful grocery store. Go in and look around even if you have nothing to buy. I live downtown and love the friendly people here and the convenience of only having to drive 6 blocks to get here. John helped me pick out a red wine for a pasta sauce I was cooking. John really knows his stuff.
