Was looking for an odd battery that another company ordered 4 wrong batteries in prior. This team found me a battery within a few minutes and it was MUCH cheaper as well. Great service!

It’s crazy how an employee can give their two weeks and still have a job like five months later and just came back to work yesterday. That’s wrong when they let people go awfully quick I would not recommend anybody to work for this company.

Continental Battery (Kansas City, North) helped me out a lot. I am helping college students in Iraq with a project to design an electric (green) multi-person bicycle. My students needed me to purchase an E-bike motor from Amazon. I had to test it before sending it to Iraq, but it's hard to find a 48V battery system. So, I called Continental asking for help testing the bike motor. Several employees helped, including two gentlemen named Mark and Terry. They went above and beyond to benefit students on the other side of the world. :)Btw, I'll put in a quick advert for them, they said they can serve all your battery needs... they've got every kind of battery you could want.Btbtw, the E-bike motor test was successful. :)

The place was fast and easy they got me what I needed for a good price. Customer service here is amazing. The girl working in the front was so nice and carrying. 10/10 I would definitely recommend 10/10 in everything.
