To whom it may concern:
I really enjoyed the few minutes, i had in concentra urgent care office. The receptionist was very polite. They even had friends on the television, which was great(there’s always time to watch friends). The nurse who I deal with was very Polite and kind. We even shared a few stories, and the visit was over. Overall, now I know that that place is there. I will definitely return if I need urgent care.

The service was excellent! The staff were courteous and efficient, ensuring a swift and seamless experience. I have nothing but positive remarks about the ladies there. Their cheerful demeanor made the process much more comfortable.

The people there are usually pretty prompt, it's my second time coming here, I had to wait almost an extra hour due to the physician having trouble printing out my DOT health card. Other than, get there early if you can.

This is the second time I have been to this office the first time I only waited about 45 minutes the second time was two hours I feel there needs to be a little more Communication between staff and patience.

Every time I visit Concentra for any reason, rather it be taking a drug screen to getting fit tested the staff is always friendly and courteous, & always professional . Either I am lucky on the times I go and never have to wait long they get you in take care of you and get you out. I highly recommend Concentra.

Literally the first person in a 8am …. Three people came in after me and went before me…. Only thing they could say is “ appointment first”. When I was appointed to come in by my job. Didnt leave til 1030… Horrible… go across the street !

My service and experience was slow, but the customer service was good. Paperwork was tedious, intense, and long (time consuming). I was poked three time to retrieve one tube of blood. The last two times I was poked was by Desiree. I was told she was supposed to be an expert but didn’t use proper standard guidelines such as alcohol before inserting the needle. I was not impressed. After a day or two, my arm was in pain and bruised.
