“Great service. My son is building his first PC and had an issue with the standoffs and screws for the motherboard. The owner (I assume) stopped what he was doing and showed my son how to secure the motherboard to the case, and also used his own screws. He didn't want to charge me, but I gave him $20 anyway. Thank you so much!”
