Once you finally get the direct number getting anyone to answer the phone or return a message is impossible. Once you do get someone getting them to do what you need doesn’t happen. To be fair it could be this branch or the one at 110 Barry Road but I wouldn’t know because the folks at the customer service call center gave me the wrong number!!!!!

Completely rude people, I should say one in particular, personal banker ll. Stopped in on Saturday Dec 9th to sign cards for new account. (Acct already sit-up just needed my signature) The parking lot was empty, which I thought odd, most banks are full on Saturdays. But my wife and I proceeded anyway……well I know now why the bank was empty. Did not get a chance to talk to anyone else. Needless to say I had my wife close out the week old account and move elsewhere. No body returned my phone call either after leaving a message.Thanks but no Thanks

Walked in to the branch and the young lady immediately stood, said “Good morning, how may I help you?”I told her what I needed, she said, “Please have a seat, I can help you get that taken care of in a few minutes!” She was not kidding! I was in and out with what I needed in less than five minutes!I let her know she was a pleasant person to work with, but I want others to know!Thank you Carla Santiago, for having wonderful customer service skills, along with a pleasant personality and smile! Keep up the good work!

This is one of the worst commerce banks I have been in, they will not even address you when you walk in, I stood there at the window for 5 minutes with three tellers in my view and no one addressed me, also they have been giving me the run around for one month just to get my online banking restored as if no one knows what they are doing after dealing with several different staff members my problems is still not resolved so here I am here today again at commerce horrible business

Difficult to reach personal banker. After 20 minutes with call center trying to transfer, spoke with someone directly about a safety deposit box. They verified they had one. Headed there 45 minutes prior to their closing, only to be called back and be told it was inconvenient as it takes 30 min. I arrived 40 min prior to closing. I then drove to the branch on 45 hwy. where I found an extremely helpful staff. The entire process including my time securing valuables took 15 minutes total. I had no idea being a current customer of a branch was such an inconvenience during business hours by branch at 5801 Barry.

I would give them 5 stars if I didn't have so much trouble with my debit card. The automated service is terrible and the minimum 25 minute wait to even talk to the "security team". I understand the importance of the security...to keep people honest. I get that! But after that conversation, my card worked one time...and hasn't since. I'm sure it'll get straightened out, but in the meantime, it has been frustrating.

This branch is awful. I have had bad experiences with Commerce and will leave the bank soon, but this branch takes the cake! Tried to open a business account (already have 4 other accounts with Commerce) so I could cash my checks that I received with the new business I started. I went here 3 times and they refused to help me. Down right refused because they didn't want to. I wish I knew the name of the women who worked the teller window because she was there all 3 times and is the reason this didn't get done. I drove 15 mins out of my way to another branch and was lucky to have Carla help me. She got my account opened and deposited my checks within 30 mins. She is also helping me fix another problem this branch caused with my accounts. This branch is terrible and needs to be internally audited to improve the employees.

Great customer service!!! Everyone who works down in barry road are very accomodating. Elizabeth was the lady that help me today, very pleasant and polite to talk to and has been very helpful with my boyfriends car loan payment transactions and online payment questions.
